We signed up for a free 2-month trial through our vet's office at a routine visit. 2 weeks later, our 6-month old puppy fractured her knee while playing! Embrace was so helpful and covered all the costs for her surgery, pre-and post-operative care, and her follow-up X-rays a few weeks later. This was very expensive and had we not had the coverage, we were unsure how we would cover it. I was so impressed that they paid out all the claims and ALL during our Trial period!! We immediately knew we would continue using them for pet insurance and are so glad we did. Highly recommended! And great, prompt, courteous customer service always. Claims are extremely easy to submit too, some of them were also submitting for us directly through our Vet's office or the Vet hospital.

Healthy Paws has been great. They have a very reasonable premium and with their wide coverage and quick service I've never had a problem with a claim. Reggie had to have a pricey knee surgery and Healthy Paws took care of it with no hassle. Now he's back to his old self and long walks.

We already did but basically our dog had an incident over 2 years ago, healed completely from it, then injured it again. Now you won't cover it because, according to you, it was pre-existing. If it was pre-existing, the numerous vet checkups would've said that but they did NOT because it had been healed. I guess if our pets break a leg, recover, then break the same leg 2 years later you won't cover it????? Cancelling the policy soon and telling the world and everyone we know about how trupanion insurance is a scam. Oh and don't let me forget...you raised our rates 20% for no reason! We've never had a claim until now(which you clearly didn't cover), but you raised our rates an incredible amount. We pay $200/month now!! Trupanion does not care, has horrible customer service, and is a scam!!

The team at Embrace are amazing. I am so happy that I have them as my Pet insurance carrier. I have a 1 year old pup and she was having some health issues. I took her to our vet and after I scanned and emailed my claim to embrace. They reimbursed me within a few weeks of my visit. They offer direct deposit which is efficient and fast. The customer service team is friendly and knowledgable. It feels good to be in good hands. Thank you Embrace team!

When we found out that our 4-year-old lab tore her ACL and needed surgery to repair it we were overwhelmed at the thought of her operation, the recovery and the huge price tag. The whole process was unbelievably easy and every customer service representative we talked to was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in the wellbeing and recovery of our dog. Within two weeks of her surgery our claim had been processed and we received a reimbursement check for 90% of the entire bill—completely hassle free. Healthy Paws has been so wonderful through this stressful process and eased our financial worries so we can focus on getting our girl better, we can't recommend them highly enough.

After my pet received medical treatment, an ASPCA Pet Insurance representative called to inquire about her. I felt that the company really cared about my pet. I also like the animal treatment facility that ASPCA referred me to. The website is nice as there is not a lot of small type to focus on. Claims are processed in within a small time frame and I received reimbursement that is well-worth the cost of the insurance. It is comforting to know that ASPCA Pet Insurance is available for my pet. Great Customer Service Reps. Could not ask for better pet insurance.

I don't even know how to put this into words about how good this Pet Insurance Company and the Owner and the people whom work for her are. But my Baby Zeus a 8yr Rottweiler was diagnosed with Bone Cancer and if he was not Embraced with this Health Insurance he would have no chance at all. This company is one of the most outstanding insurance companies I have ever been a client of. I tell everyone of my friends if they love there pets they need this insurance, even my local Vet is now telling his clients about Zeus and Embrace. I can not thank them enough, some of the girls even call to check on Zeus. Talk about kind and loving!
