Getting pet insurance was the best advice we were given before getting a puppy and I'm so glad we signed up for coverage with ASPCA. I recommend it to everyone. The claims are processed in a timely manner and the direct deposit option is very convenient. The customer service is very good.

In January our Russian Blue cat Chorri was attacked at 6 am by 3 coyotes. He was dying when we scared the coyotes away. We rushed him to the nearest vet, where he was put on IV fluids and antibiotics and stayed inpatient for 3 nights. He pulled through, amazingly. The costs were edging up towards $3,000 and I was very nervous, having never experienced a real medical problem with Chorri before. This was the first time I had purchased pet insurance, and I was hoping for the best. Healthy Paws was AMAZING. From the first contact, to the last payment, the office staff were receptive, empathetic, and the checks arrived in the mail within a few days of my attaching them as .pdf files to my emails. We paid 10% of the total, after the one-time annual deductible. What a relief to know that if anything should happen in the future, we will be covered. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws.

We have been clients of Pets Plus Us for just over a year and have had excellent service. Whenever I made phone calls with questions I was treated with respect and understanding and my questions were answered clearly and expertly. Our claims, unfortunately , have added up to quite a bit but never has there been any hesitation or delay. Payment of claims has been very prompt.

I have had other insurance in the past for my German Shepherd Dogs but this is the best. From sign on to submitting claims to their great customer service they are wonderful

My little pooch had inflamed intestines and couldn't even hold any water down. Despite spending the weekend in the ER, we had peace of mind that HealthPaws was in our corner. The claims process was easy and quick. And the service was outstanding. It is such a comfort to know that with a small monthly payment, you can focus on your pet when their health is at risk.

The insurance is too expensive monthly. It starts out reasonable but as your dog ages the increase is substantial.But at this point you can't quit. They got you. $100.00 a month and I'm sure it will increase. and I have the middle amount on insurance. My dog is 11 but they increased it at age 8. They pay 80% of not everything. Probably would have done better to open a bank account for my dog.

My dog Spartan was recently diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This was one of the most heartbreaking experiences for me as Spartan is my soul dog. Embrace was incredibly helpful to me in getting his health information sorted out - they made phone calls to a vet that was very hard for me to get in touch with. They were always incredibly helpful to me and very sympathetic to my situation. In the end they covered all of my sweet boys procedures and I have 100% confidence that we are covered for life! I recommend this insurance company to everyone!

This is the best choice we have ever made! We have had our coverage for a year now and it has truly paid for its self. Our dog swallowed a squeaker from a toy totaling more than $9000 in surgery and treatment and Embrace covered all of claims with no issue.
