I moved a short distance away and my bill went up $20 per month. Theft. I rather use a more expensive service with clear pricing than to keep a service that changes pricing so drastically when relocating. Another person relocates the opposite direction and drops in price 30%, there's no balance and bad business.

Purchase follow up conversation

I received a call that was accompanied by "possible spam" alerts. Something told me to answer call anyway, I am glad I did. The nicest guy was on the phone,introduced himself and thanked me for purchasing pet insurance. We talked for about half hour like old friends. He tolde me he has worked for this company for six years and it was a good company. This was so refreshing. Thank you much for having a company with integrity and great employees. I sharing this with all my pet loving friends

I don't know what I would have done if…

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Trupanion. I have 2 dogs and both of them experienced knee issues, we've had to do 3 TPLO surgeries. Trupanion saved us and our dogs. Thank you
