I have been a customer for over a year and Pets Best have always provided very fair claim support. They keep you informed about the status of your claim in a timely fashion and call you back when they say they are going to. The associates on the phone are friendly and genuine. I always recommend this company to other pet owners and people considering getting a pet.

I am so glad to have ASPCA as the health insurance for my 2 little girls. The staff that I have dealt with has been very courteous and helpful. The most important thing that I appreciate is that my claims have been done in a timely manner compared to another insurance company that I had, and it is great to have the money deposited right into my checking account. I have to say that in all the years and all the searching, HealthyPaws pet insurance is the best. From the submitting claims to phone calls to emails and updates and sending out reimbursement checks - all is amazing. The best thing to do is get this when your puppy is young, I think under a year - not sure. Best coverage, no hassle, tells you like it is, upfront, personal and caring. You can probably tell I have had another insurance company that is the opposite- for my boy. I wish I could switch him. This is by far the best. I think they say from Nose to tail and everything in between! Awesome. No one comes close to the coverage and the cost. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. Even covered my baby girl knee surgery! How amazing is that! But in everything else as well!

We had to have an ultrasound and all this was paid for. There have been other bills and they have also been paid promptly. I have recommended the insurance to a number of people. We had another insurance with our other dogs, but this is much better in coverage and dealing with them. Thank you for caring so much about our 4 legged children.

For a company that says they are open and honest it sure if strange that I keep having claims denied, every time I call in they tell me it's a system issue and they've fixed it. Sure seems shady to me... Like they do this to people in hopes they don't notice.
