With the cooperation of Trupanion and our vet clinic, Bay Cities Animal Hospital, we received notice that our claim had been received later that afternoon. We appreciate that there was no question or subsequent delay in our receiving notice or payment for procedures that were needed. One company trusted the decisions of the other and acted accordingly. My claim was processed so fast I couldn't believe it.
My claim was processed so fast I couldn't believe it. Less than 1 week from sending in the claim to the cheque arriving in the mail. It took Canada post longer to deliver the cheque than it did to process my claim. I have now switched to direct deposit. Thank You.
