I cannot call you from my Canadian mobile phone? My 2 claims were sent in for Dolly. One was paid and the other was incorrect. She does not have elimination problems. I think you received the wrong paperwork. Both claims were for ears and the second was anesthesia and ear flushing. Please let me know if this was your error or the vet sending an incorrect claim. I want to speak to someone please. 250-937-1230. Fran Ritchie Also, I cannot get into client portal again. Keep changing the password and then it will not accept. Not a good experience so far.

I love working with MetLife Pet insurance. I’ve never had an insurance company make the claims so easy to file either via email or text. They are quickly reviewed and reimbursed I love that it goes directly into my checking account. I have no concerns about Met Life and I would highly recommend them!

No Pre-existing Conditions - FAKE NEWS
I was told by my employer when signing up with Metlife pet insurance that there were no pre-existing condition exclusions. But you have denied several claims based on this. SO DISAPPOINTING :-(
