We have two Golden Retrievers who have entered their senior years. We've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. The premiums are reasonable, the coverage is good, and claims are easy to file and are processed quickly with quick reimbursement. It's stressful enough when your pets are not well, so it's quite a relief to have the insurance claims experience be easy and stress-free.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Healthy Paws—from the mobile app and ease of submitting claims, to being able to connect with a real person about account questions, every interaction has been wonderful. I discovered that my workplace offers a discount as a perk, and Sara H took care of the change immediately and provided me with extremely positive, professional and fast service. We looked around and chose Healthy Paws based on the highest customer ratings and have not been disappointed. We've had to rush our dog to the vet from small, hair in the eye that tricked us into thinking it was a tear, to large toxicity issue, the only positive in these moments is knowing I can make the best choice for my dog and that Healthy Paws will uphold their end of the agreement. Their app is simple to use and there have been no tricky non coverage issues, it's very plain and upfront you choose your coverage and they provide exactly that, happily and quickly. I already tell everyone I know with a new pet how great the Healthy Paws product and service are and think it's essential to owning a dog.

You folks are scam artists. In my case,, you collect$1,100 a year and when I just submitted MY FIRST CLAIM you generously offer me $50I will tell all friends to never waste money with you crooks

4 months ago one of my friends talked me into getting Embrace Pet Insurance. She shows dogs and has a household of various breed dogs all of which are her babies and all are covered by Embrace. She said others that show also use Embrace so I thought I'll look into the company. I have 2 dogs - 6 and 14. I decided to get insurance for just the 6 year old and so thankful I did. He had 1 pre-existing condition that I was aware of, luxating patellas (both knees,) so when he started limping I thought figures this is the knee problem and it's not covered. After a month of anti inflamatory meds that didn't help, my regular vet suggested I get an ortho evaluation and found he had torn his ACL. So he had the ACL surgery and also made an adjustment in his knee to strengthen the joint. Again, I figured this wouldn't be covered because anything with the knee would off limits. However, I was wrong! The ACL tear was covered and only the specific portion relating to the knee joint was not covered, a very small portion of the entire bill. I also requested that the bill for the first vet visit, which was denied because my vet wasn't sure it wasn't caused by the luxating patella, be reevaluated. This time it was approved. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of Embrace and the quality of the service it provides.

When we got our dog 5 years ago, we hesitated about pet insurance because I heard so many bad things about them not covering certain things or never knowing what the reimbursement would be. We had to file a claim for the first time last month when we ended up in the ER. We found out Bentley had pneumonia and then from the X-rays we found out he had an obstruction in his stomach. He had surgery the next day. I called Embrace and started the process. In less than 2 weeks, I had my reimbursement in my account. I was amazed how quickly it happened. They were so easy to work with and it was nice to know exactly how much would be refunded to us. We hope to not have to file another claim anytime soon, but we're so grateful for Embrace.

RIPOFF! I've been paying this policy religiously for two pets for several years. They've made thousands off of me. When one of my pets needed surgery, I had to fork out thousands. The process took a ridiculously long time and I was only reimbursed less than 15% of what I had to spend. So if I had to spend $10,000, I was reimbursed less than $1500. This charge couldn't be included. That charge can't be included! I worked hard for the money I paid to them to make sure my pets were covered. And when a crisis hit, I feel like I was really taken advantage of. Not happy! Stay away unless you want to be taken for a fool!
