I am very happy with my coverage - people answer the phone without having to wade through dozens of phone menus, everyone is helpful and professional. 99% of the time I am filing claims for routine wellness but this summer our dog did have a scary emergency where her shoulder was lacerated. I felt totally confident charging the costs of her sutures and anesthesia, a costly vet visit, knowing that I could count on timely reimbursement without a lot of hassle. Thank you!!

I am very pleased with Embrace. Our dog has been insured for about 6 years and each time she has had a vet visit it was processed and reimbursed within 10 days. I am very satisfied with Embrace and highly recommend them.

I bought this insurance a few month ago. I agree with many of who wrought the reviews that preexistent condition should be covered. So far, I had a good experience with this insurance, let see how it is going to be later on. Hope this experience will continue.

We have had to file 21 claims over the past 3 1/2 years on our German Shepherd, Cesila, for intestinal issues and skin issues. Embrace has without exception processed our claims speedily and in full accordance with their policy. We are extremely pleased with the company's efficiency and courteous manner.

I only wish my family's health insurance was so wonderful. Our lovely mastiff Jeff suffered serious health problems all his too-short life, and Healthy Paws stood by us every step of the way. Jeff was with us for under six years, and in that time we submitted more than 80 claims to Healthy Paws. Just this past summer, we had more than $40,000 in claims. Each and every time, from the first claim to the last, Healthy Paws paid promptly, without ever questioning a single procedure, test, or specialist's visit. Just as impressive, the payments were often accompanied by sincere inquiries into how Jeff was progressing and heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery. When Jeff passed away earlier this month, we received a remarkably gracious condolence message from Healthy Paws. We miss our Jeff terribly, but take comfort in knowing that we did everything possible to try to save him, with the full and unwavering support of Healthy Paws.
