I have a boxer!
I have a boxer. Enough said. She has ailments and conditions that are too many to write down. Trupanion has always been there. They took care of things and walked me through yet another claim, when we were in and out of the emergency post surgery. We didn’t know what was wrong with Abby but they helped me with the claim right away. With so many conditions an error was bound to happen. I had so many claims open that it would be difficult not to. When the error happened it was corrected immediately and the money deposited in my account within a few days. Excellent customer service! I can’t recommend Trupanion enough!

There when you need them the most!
I have had 4 pets over the years. My two dogs (who both recently passed in the last couple years) have had multiple health issues. From knee surgery, to back surgery to bladder cancer. Trupanion was a godsend. If I didn’t have the financial support I had with my insurance I never would have been able to give them the care they needed. The claiming process is so easy and anytime I’ve needed to appeal an outcome they’ve been super helpful. Truly thankful for all you do!

So thankful we have Trupanion!
Stella was not herself for the last week or so, barely touching food which is very weird for her. So we brought her to the vet and they ran blood work, fecal tests, gave her an anti nausea and recommended some vet food for her. Needless to say the bill stacked up fast and soon we owed over $500. Doesn’t seem like much but for us it was. Thankfully we have trupanion pet insurance and they helped cover some of the bill. Even though it wasn’t all the of the bill every little bit helps and this made us paying off her visit that much easier. I honestly sleep so much better at night knowing that trupanion has our and stellas back!! Thanks guys!!! Xo

When insurance pays off:
I have a 11 month old Shitzu that eats everything. Not having a dog in 40 years and a puppy has been a challenge, but adore him. After eating a mushroom in the yard he couldn’t walk and had tremors. After all night in hospital and big expense he came home well. Now retired and on fixed income I am so glad I listened to friends to get insure. My veterinarian successed trupanion. I’m so pleased as it too a lot of stress off of me knowing I had help. Then to reach the nicest girl to help me. She would check on Bentley in her emails and couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. They contact me everyday with up dates. I would recommend this company to everyone. One expensive visit is well worth your monthly payment. Thank you Vanessa and thank you Trupanion!

Great Customer Service and Great Coverage!
When I called and had questions about the insurance the customer service person Arik was very helpful and knowledgeable. And everything he said about the policy and coverage was 100% true. Recently our puppy fractured her elbow. They have a great app. That makes filing the claim really simple. Once we filed the claim everything was processed really quickly. I'm so glad we signed up with Trupanion. Especially since we have 2 young puppies, accidents definitely can happen. And it did to us. I'm glad we don't have a bunch of bills to worry about right now because we picked the right insurance for our puppies. So grateful!

Always so helpful
Always so helpful. May people say that pet insurance is a waste of money. Just be thankful you have not had to use it. Your pet has been in good health and you have not need it. But as they age slowly and slowly you will need it. I started out when Coco was a baby and my monthly premium has just slightly gone up but not my much. So glad I have not used it yet but I know the day will come that I will be glad I have insurance.
