I spent 35 years in Veterinary Pharmaceutical Sales, and I liked everything I heard about Trupanion over the years after Pet Health Insurance came onto the market. I never heard any negative feedback from veterinarians or pet owners about Trupanion during that time. Trupanion was an obvious first choice for our new puppy, and I’d recommend them to any pet owner. I feel peace of mind knowing their coverage is there if ever needed.

Pet insurance made easy, affordable and excellent customer service
It was simple and easy to continue my coverage (I had a month free from my breeder), and after I signed up for continued coverage, I used the online chat (with Arturo) to ask a couple of questions for clarification and he (or they I don’t know their preferred pronouns) was amazing. Answered the questions, and was “real” when (they) finished by saying “Give Bronson a belly rub from all of us and have a great day!” Customer service is second to none!
