This policy has caused us to spend unnecessary money when we should have just been paying out of pocket for vet bills.
This policy has caused us to spend unnecessary money when we should have just been paying out of pocket for vet bills. We've ended up spending double the money on the coverage that does not cover anything, while also paying for vet visits in full. I think more claims have been denied than accepted. Our other dog has Nationwide which seems to be a much better pet insurance. This company has been more of a hassle than helpful.

He was concise in his explanation, assisted me in downloading and logging into the app, and setup account details for direct deposit
