Very Satisfied Policy Holder

Benny, our male beagle, suffered a cranial cruciate ligament tear in October. During this ordeal the staff at Embrace expedited payment of all claims without delay. The Staff is caring, responsive, efficient and customer friendly. Having Embrace allowed us to get the best possible medical care for Benny and to focus primarily on his recovery. Thank you Embrace.

Outstanding!

My senior Husky suddenly lost her sight in September. As we have gone through tests to understand the root cause and find a treatment plan, the Embrace team has been amazing...paying claims quickly, inquiring about Blitz's heath and offering support and information. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I love Nationwide

I know everyone has different experiences, but for me, Nationwide was a lifesaver. My dog, Harper, was hit by a car. $4,000, nationwide paid all but $400.00. Then he needed physical therapy $700.00, I paid $70.00. He even went to a behaviorist $400.00 I paid $40.00. I always get my money within 7-10 days. I tell everyone who will listen about nationwide. There are some cheaper (Not many) but I feel safe with them and don't have to worry about Harper. In the last year, I used my nationwide insurance at least 10 times. I'm satisfied. I've been compensated by nationwide for my honest review

Nationwide Has been Great for me and my dog

Awesome Pet Insurance

First of all I am a licensed insurance broker in California. The product that Nationwide offer for pet insurance is superior over all of the other companies I looked at prior to buying coverage. The claim process is quick and easy to say the least. I've been compensated by Nationwide for my honest review

They helped save my pets life

I never had pet insurance before and was not expecting to need any soon but thought it would be prudent as my pet was getting older. As it turned out just three months into coverage she contracted pneumonia and required intense after hours emergency help. I am glad to say that after 2 months of treatments my Tallulah is doing much better and ASCAP Pet Insurance refunded 80% of all or most costs minus the deductible just as they stated they would in their policy. I had to call in to Customer service one time and the agent was very helpful and friendly. During this time I received two calls from their staff to see how Tallulah was doing. They have a very user friendly website and claim submission process and UI. Their claim process does take a long time, about 1 month for the initial claim and then 2 or weeks for additional claims from same original issue so that would be only room for improvement but I would still highly recommend.

Never cursed so much over the phone EVER!

Here's some background, for 3 years my dog was losing fur and itchy VERY itch. I had been in and out of the vet office so much I felt like I lived there. Each time the doctor would tell me it was allergies, after look at my bald, coned up dog I decided to get him to a specialist. I knew I would cost me so I decided to get insurance to see if we could at least get discounts on his treatment. So I called Embrace and said "I want to take my dog to a specialist because I don't think this is allergies. Once we get a diagnoses would we be covered?" person over the phone said yes because we would have a proper diagnoses. I get my dog to a specialist and he has eczema! We paid for the skin scrape, several other tests and medication. Send in the forms and were rejected. Why? Eczema is under the same umbrella as allergies which he had a diagnoses for, mind you the vet said it was environmental allergies. I when I repeated what was originally told to me they said “we have no recording of that conversation because you were not a member then” well the reason I became a member was based on that FIRST conversation! I canceled my policy right there because I felt I was lied to. So I dropped them and my original vet that day.

There when we needed them

We purchased Embrace after our 6 year old golden retriever ate a sock and had to have surgery. A year later, she ate a smaller sock but didn't require surgery - what she did need was X-rays, stomach pump and antibiotics for a secondary infection. Embrace covered the whole bill, which was around $600. Just what we got the insurance for! Thank you Embrace!
