Horrible
Horrible! I submitted my claim with receipts and records on the same day. I cannot believe that no action is taken to get reimbursed. They have my account info for direct deposit. They sure worry about paying them on time but not reimbursing you timely. I need to find another place that supports timely payments.

Very happy customer!
My one year old rescue puppy was limping and ended up having elbow dysplasia. She needed xrays, a CT scan, and surgery and medication. All of this totaled about $5,000 and Healthy Paws paid out 90% (as my policy indicated) into my direct deposit within a week. All I had to do was upload the vet bill and description into the app. It was extremely easy. I did a lot of research before choosing a pet insurance plan. They have been responsive and helpful and I am so happy that this is the plan I went with.
