Excellent Customer Service
I have to say Trupanion has been one of the best insurance places to deal with. Everyone is so friendly and they are very caring understanding and service is A+. I am so happy I have my companions enrolled with them.

Such a Relief -- Made a Huge Medical Bill Go Away!
My little dog had over $5000 in medical bills. The best medical care could not save her life, but I cannot say what a relief it was when Pets Best accepted EVERY SINGLE PENNY of this enormous claim. I had a deductible and co-pay, but the payment on the claim was still over $3700. It was very hard losing my dog -- it really helped knowing I did the best I could for her. I have room in my heart to get another dog soon. Now I also have room in my bank account. Thank you!

My dog Jake had severe diarrhea and vomiting
Took my pet Jake to vet becuase of diarrhea and vomitting issues. Vet took several tests to try to determine the issues. Claim was submitted to Trupanion immmdeiately after my visit. I received confirmation within 1 day that the claim was being processed. I am very please with the response time and turnaround for reimbursement.

Very satisfied!
Subitting the claim for $803 and received approval within one day. I so happy I enrolled with Trupanion as this is my third claim and they have always been approved so fast without aggravation. I would definitely recommend!

Definitely worth the monthly premium!!
Covered around 90-95% of vet bills for my dog's fractured leg!! Had to go to 2 different vets and most of the bills were covered including $500 of the $700 X-ray bill and almost the entire $1100 bill for the actual tibial fracture repair and the subsequent follow up visits!! Definitely was surprised by the amount they did cover and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance!!

Healthy Paws is the best!!
My dog was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and has to have his leg removed and chemotherapy. Healthy Paws has been there every set of the way approving our claims in a very timely manner. Their customer service is stellar they are there every time I need help. They have paid his claims with no hassle at all. I love healthy paws!

Fast, efficient, easy, reliable.
Easy to submit claims. Fast response back from the company. Acceptance of claim within a week and check received in less than 2 weeks. Pretty awesome if you asked me.
