Great customer service!
Zach was super helpful in helping me get started! He even called me back multiple times, when we would randomly get disconnected. I never felt pushed to buy a certain package and all questions were answered kindly and confidently. Thankfully haven't had to use their services yet, but great customer service!

Very efficient at handling claims. I have yet to receive money as it is all under deductible. I did not have insurance for my last dog and we spent over $15,000 on her care, so we decided to insure our new dog. We shall see if it was a good choice.
