Do not get this insurance!

This company has not been honest in its marketing or in the way it handles customer submissions. I faithfully paid my premiums on two dogs but was denied a payment due to obscure language in the dental portion. I was also unable to sign up for the new wellness program because I already had accident and injury policies. They then further complicated the issue by wanting back veterinarian notes which I finally was able to procure and they then wrote exclusionary portions into an already existing policy. They are crooks. Don't let them take your money. Nothing but the runaround.

Glad I finally looked into getting pet insurance

I was always reluctant to look into getting pet insurance. Why I don't know. I have had ASPCA insurance for about 3 or 4 years now on my beagle. So glad I did it. It's very easy. Pay your vet at the time of visit, submit the bill with the claim form. Turnaround time for reimbursement averages about 2 weeks. I tell everyone, my friends, coworkers and people I meet in the vet's office how great ASPCA pet insurance is. Everyone says they should look into it too. Some people will ask for the website address. I also like the fact that many times a Customer Service rep will take the time to just give a call and ask how my beagle is. Great company and great service. So glad I finally did it. Why don't you?

Worthwhile pet insurance

My dog had two back to back, unrelated, stomach problems. The vet was able to resolve both. ASPCA pet insurance sure helped with their quick reimbursement for these unexpected vet expenses.

Embrace is Peace of Mind

We purchased Embrace pet insurance when our puppy Blu was 8 weeks old with the hope that we would never have to use it for anything serious. A few weeks ago our puppy starting having serious gastrointestinal issues which caused him to be in the hospital for 3 nights. We were so thankful for the peace of mind that we had, knowing that the insurance was there for us. The claim was covered 100%, less our deductible and co-pay. What a blessing. Highly Recommend!

Definitely the best pet insurance! We have a 8 month old Bernese Mountain Dog who has had multiple trips to the vet with GI issues and more recently fractured her paw. Safe to say we have had some hefty vet bills. However, I'm so happy I went through Embrace for pet insurance when we first got our puppy. They make the whole process very easy with no hassle. What we signed up for is exactly what they said and never give you a hard time. The process is so efficient and you are updated every step of the claim process. If you are debating whether to get pet insurance, I'd highly recommend it because you never know what can happen to your dog. I'd also definitely make sure you go with Embrace, you won't be disappointed.

Love this Company

Gracie, our 9 year old tiny toy poodle, has had chronic eye problems. She is totally blind in her left eye and developed a cataract in her right eye. She had cataract surgery but bacteria entered the wound and caused protein development. TPA injections were administered to stop the spread of the protein. This small claim was for one of her injections but Embrace covered the bulk of her surgery and follow-up appointments. I have submitted many claims for Gracie over the years and this company is so great to work with. They are professional, kind, approachable, and really seem to care about your pet. They are like family. They are always ready to help with whatever issue there is. Every time I call, I always talk to a helpful friendly kind and professional person. I have been with this company for over 6 years and have never experienced anything but the best professional service. I wish all companies could operate as well as Embrace.

Recommended!

Recently filed two claims for my cat and the processing time took about five weeks. Some of it had to do with getting medical history from my vet and Embrace's receipt of my invoices. E-mail updates would come at regular intervals. Embrace is the only pet insurance company I've worked with so I have no other basis for comparison. Overall, the customer service staff was friendly and attentive through this process. I did receive two reimbursement checks promptly after following up on these claims with them. I understand that insurance claims, in general, normally take several weeks to process and am satisfied with the results. I wasn't in a hurry to receive the reimbursement. Would recommend Embrace to other animal guardians.
