Staff is kind and helpful but in the end Trupanion is still not willing to expedite payment so I will still need to take extensive bank loans to pay for procedures on my poor little boy until I get reimbursements.

Staff is great and compassionate unfortunately Trupanion clearly has no interest in rushing payments which is destroying me financially as I have to get huge bank loans at high interest until I get reimbursed.

Quick small claim
I submit a small claim not expecting to get much back for it; but I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly they assessed my claim, the notifications to keep me apprised of progress, and how much of it they actually covered! Plus now my deductible for ear infections is paid off for the lifetime of my pet - who is only 9 months old currently. Great experience! The only concern I have is that my vet was not able to direct bill Trupanion, however I think that pitfall lays with my Vet office.
