Really wonderful pet insurance
I had a different pet insurance last year for my new puppy. She went through the normal puppy wellness visits for shots, etc. - none of which were covered by insurance. This year I switched to Embraced, and what a difference I have a second new puppy and all vet visits have been covered for her shots as well as for a tummy upset. My now 1-year old's visits have also been covered under wellness visits. I've just signed my 15-year old shih-Tzu up for limited coverage. I'm not quite sure how that will work, but I'm willing to trust a company who remembers who I am and who my pets are.

Unparalleled Customer Service! Highly Recommended!
A tremendous THANK YOU to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for the expeditious handling of my claim. From the moment I signed up, I have received truly exceptional customer service. Recently my beloved cat POTUS had a urinary blockage that required a surgical procedure at an emergency vet. The final bill totaled over $2000. As soon as I received the final invoice, I sent it right over to Healthy Paws claims. In less than one minute, my claim was processed, and I was notified that a $1400 check was on the way! Even more impressive than the speedy claims process was the extraordinary efforts the HP team made to follow-up with me directly on POTUS's recovery. Several team members reached out to me via email - and I'm not talking about some automated, robot-generated message. The notes were thoughtful and specific, and gave me great comfort through a very trying time. THIS is what differentiates Healthy Paws from other pet insurance companies. I hope my pet won't suffer another emergency anytime soon, but I can certainly rest easy these days knowing that Healthy Paws has me covered financially AND emotionally. Saved my cat and my bank account
My cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism last year and ASPCA covered the full 80% allowed by my plan to pay for his radioiodine therapy. Saved me $920 and now he won't need medication twice daily for the rest of his life.

This is TOO easy!
From updating my payment information, to submitting and viewing claims processing and finally setting up direct deposit of paid claims, you guys have nailed the concept of simplicity! If only working with human healthcare insurance companies was so easy....Thank you for all you do!

So Impressed and Thankful!
I insured my Pomeranian Mocha was she was just 3 months old. Being 3 pounds I knew something was bound to happen , and it did. She took a leap of faith and broke her tibia and fibula. Pets Best paid for 80 percent of the 3,700.62 in total vet bills for surgery. When other people would know where to turn to help save their pet, I turned to Pets Best. She is now happy and healthy and I am ever so thankful for this company!

Very Happy with ASPCA
First, you don't have my breed in pull down, she is a Black Mouth Cur.I had another pet insurance for years and they never paid
anything and I thought what a waste of money. So I searched out other pet insurances and decided on ASPCA. I am so thankful that I switched and now can say they have been extremely good to me. I have had two claims so far and they have paid on both of them. When you have a pet, you need insurance. Had two chocolate labs with no pet insurance and it cost us a pretty penny. They take care of the claims quickly and respond if there is a hold up. I am very happy!

Very good!
I have a dog that must have eaten something bad coz he was hacking away and puking like crazy for a few days. I paid my vet upfront, but then Embrace took the history information from the vet to check that he hadn't puked in the last year, and then sent them the info they needed. My vet was super awesome and sent them the info, and I got the check from Embrace. I had to call them a few times before I got some work done to ask them if they will cover it, and they asked the vet for some info on what needed to be done and told me they would cover it. Overall, a good experience. I'll keep them on in the future as well! And my vet, they were super great too!

Friendly and Personalized Experience
We've had insurance through Embrace for a couple years now and are completely satisfied with the service they provide. I can't speak to the cost comparison with other companies as this is the first one we chose for our dogs. What I can say is that all claims are taken care of in a prompt manner. If there are any questions, we can get in contact with someone who will answer those questions with a smile on their face the whole time. Embrace even covers your other than average therapies. Our dog tore her tendon in her leg and we were able to get a brace for her along with stem cell injections and physical therapy. It was all covered! We also receive monthly newsletters with helpful safety and informative items in it. Lastly, I have received personal emails from the company following up on payments and asking about their level of service to us. I would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner.

Nothing but a scam
Even though most of the services and vet visits I filed claims for were covered under my plan, I was continually denied, or would get much less reimbursement than I should have. Monthly payments increased with little to no return.

Good insurance
I have had this insurance from the second day that I got my pug puppy-almost 5 years. They have come thru time and again for all of her issues. I love the added wellness amounts. My vet processes all my claims and I receive the reimbursements promptly. I am always able to reach an Embrace representative. This claim was for an ear and eye recheck.
