Pets Best has been very quick responsive to all claims that I have filed for my saint Bernard Humphrey, who was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma.

Jasper my 6.5 year old Schnoodle jumped off of the bed. He was limping but I could not detect anything. It was a day before I found the reason for the limping. His index toe was swollen and purple which was hidden by his fluffy hair. Doc thought he broke the toenail where it connected into the bone, after X-rays we found that is was a bad sprain that opened and infected. Thank Goodness that was all it was. With medication and soaking Jasper is good as new. Thank you so much Pets Best. I am so glad that I found you. It took a broken leg of another dog to search for a good pet insurance. I feel that after searching out many other insurances this was the best and you confirmed that I was right. It was easy to figure out what I wanted in insurance and when I needed you it was very easy to file a claim. Thank you"

I have a large Lab/Mastiff mix that began to have muscular and mobility compromise. We have had Healthy Paws insurance on our dog for 2 1/2 years and now we have a second policy on our puppy. The coverage is excellent, the claims are easy to submit and the reimbursement checks arrive quickly. Our two year old dog was recently injured and required neck surgery on her spine. We were so thankful for our insurance as it covered all of our expenses minus the standard doctor consult fees. We hated seeing our dog injured but having Healthy Paws pet insurance was a huge relief.

Embrace has covered almost all of what I had hoped that it would for my kitty Layla. Her recent AAT treatment for Eosinophilia was covered - so glad. It eases my mind that I have health insurance for Layla and that alternative treatments are covered. Layla is almost 1.5 years old. She has been "Embraced" since last June. I am pleased.

Whenever I submit a claim to Embrace the service is always done in a professional, courteous manner. It's definitely one less thing to worry about when you pet is ill.

We signed up for coverage 3 weeks ago, and included the Wellness Coverage for our pets. We immediately used that coverage to have our cat spayed and vaccinated last week. I submitted the claim form and itemized invoice from our vet yesterday and my claim was approved today for 100% of the vet bill :) I am so happy! Great and quick service!
