It is clear to me that the staff are extremely well trained, have excellent systems to support them and genuinely care about my pets. I can't begin to describe how much all of that (especially the caring part!) means to my experience as a customer!

The staff took their time with me even when I asked the same question over and over again! (I was tired). I spoke to three different people over three days, and they were very kind and really professional. Most of all, my favorite thing, is that they knew what they were talking about. And unlike several other companies I talked to, who just wanted to make a sale, your staff was really interested in my cat. ??
