Great!
Trupanion has been so amazing with our dog! They even have with our vet a fast check out service -so we only have to pay our share. They are always willing to work with you and I would highly recommend them!!!

Best decision a pet owner can make
Before our Standard Poodle, Dexter, came to live with us, we never considered pet insurance. But, I knew that we would beg/borrow/steal to make sure he had every medical treatment that he may require, so I did quite a bit of research on pet insurance and chose Embrace. I had every intention of paying the premiums and never making a claim. At 5 years old, Dexter tore his right ACL and required TTA surgery (approximately $4,000). We paid the bill, submitted the claim and crossed our fingers. It was paid quickly, as well as every other covered claim for therapy, follow-up visits, etc. Almost exactly one year later, Dexter tore his left ACL. Same Embrace experience - complete coverage determined and paid quickly. I can't say how much this helped us get through a tough time with our furry companion. I tell everyone about Embrace, and will never be without it again.

Efficient Reimbursement
We've never had any problems with ASPCA Pet Insurance as they have been very efficient on all our reimbursements. The only problem is our dog had to have a biopsy of her liver and it wasn't covered, and bcos it's a 4-figure procedure, we decided against it. Other than that, we have not had any problems.

Beyond my expectations
After my last dog developed allergies and then died of cancer, I was stuck with a large amount of debt that I am still paying back. My pets are my children and I would do anything for them. So when we got our new puppy, we decided to look into pet insurance. After comparing the different companies rates, coverage, and reviews we decided on Embrace. This was the best decision we could have made. Our monthly payment is reasonable and it is easy to access the insurance forms to give to our veterinarian. After some initial paperwork, all of our claims have been paid quickly. Embrace also emails us every time they receive a claim or send us a check. We plan on continuing to insure our dog with Embrace, and will be adding our new puppy to our policy once he is born.

The quickest claim service ever!
I recently added Wellness Rewards to my dogs' policies, and had to submit a claim for dental work that exceeded my budget. Embrace claims department got on it immediately, sending out a check in about a week, which will go to pay the balance owed to my wonderful vet. I have been with Embrace for four years now, and had to claim once before. They are truly super to work with, and I have nothing but praise and thanks for their caring and turnaround time on my claims. That is so helpful for a senior on fixed income! Thank you, Embrace.

Life Saver
My apartment had a devastating fire while I was at work. My dog needed intensive emergency care. I was so glad to have insurance! I got my refund directly deposited quickly and my dog is doing well.

Very Timely
Mast cell tumor excised partially--level 2-requiring 16-tradition treatment. Trupanion was patient regarding my inquiries on how to best submit claims. They eliminated any stress regarding claim reimbursements by sending out detailed claims as processed. Claim checks came out as processed showing running balance and credit on deductible and co-pays.

Thank you for not giving up on my rescue Rosie.
I adopted Rosie and at the age of 18 months she tore her ACL's in both legs and needed to have TPLO surgeries. I only purchased her insurance 80 days prior to the injury and was mortified with her diagnosis. Her local vet recommended a specialty center about two hours from our home. We got there and found out the cost per leg would be about $4800.00 but unfortunately for my little girl that wasn't going to be the case. She was recovering from the first surgery when she was diagnosed with MRSP which was in her bone due to the hardware inside of her body, she was in an out of the hospital for 4 months the total expense after the first leg was approximately $11,000.00 and we still needed the other leg done. I only know that I didn't adopt Rosie to not take care of her but if it hadn't been for Healthy Paws my little girl would have had to be put down. The other leg was surgically repaired the end of September and she seems to be doing well after this surgery but the fact is it was another $4500.00 plus there will be two more follow up appointments before it's all said and done. The rescue I took in would have cost me a whooping $18,000.00 but Healthy Paws has stuck by our side the whole way reimbursing me 90% of the costs minus the exam fees. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and turn around times. My claims have all been settled and check in hand within a few short days of filing. Thanks so much for being there for us.
