Been on hold on the phone multiple…
Been on hold on the phone multiple times for an hour. Every time I sign up for a call back somehow the call gets interrupted (I agree that could be my fault sometimes; never have I received a call back afterwards) Also I have a file to claim because my two new kitties that I adopted from the ACC were not totally healthy (unbeknownst to me). And the vet cost was over $1500 dollars. I signed up for SPOT insurance like 3 days before that vet visit and found I could still not be covered because the date the insurance is active isn’t until the end of the month. If I don’t get help for that claim with SPOT I’m leaving with a quickness.

Researched manhy companies before deciding on Embrace, NO REGRETS!!
I have had very good luck with Embrace. To be honest, my dog who is 10 years old now had probably $6,000 in issues over several years, which is why I got my other two dogs pet insurance (too many pre-existing conditions on the old guy). Embrace has paid out over $4000 for one dog in the past three years, and probably at least $10,000 on the other dog. They have paid for platelet rich plasma for one dog's shoulder and another dog's knee, a CT scan and an MRI (second dog diagnosed with Wobblers). I honestly could not have afforded all of these bills without Embrace. Thank you!!

Be better
It’s a very user friendly and easy system to use but the decision to pay the claim or not takes way too long. This time it took 3 times as long and while I appreciate the email heads ups and apologies I can’t fathom why it could take this long. The claim either is covered according to your definition or not. Also they’re good at finding loopholes not to cover the silliest things. I understand how pet insurance works and have no choice but to accept it. But please don’t ask for my opinion as if you genuinely care.
