The initial experience was great, I filled out the application with ease, however, I had a couple of questions, called their customer service line and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Overall very satisfied. Waiting on acceptance.

I bought the insurance online to cover my young dog specifically for his neutering. Purchased well in advance to find out it isn't covered. I was not able to submit the claim and discovered this after speaking with someone. They were not able to help. I paid for the insurance in full. It seems the company should have provided some solutions to help me resolve this. I will be moving to another insurance company for my five dogs. I have never had a problem with dog insurances in the past with previous pets.

Money well spent
Although payment isn't instantaneous, they come through and it is a very easy process. And mine probably takes a bit longer as my dogs condition (gall bladder sludge) isn't one of the choices so they always have to reach out for more info so that takes a little longer but I've been really happy with the insurance and very grateful to have purchased it. It is the 1st time I've ever bought it and it has truly paid off!
