Accidentally put in my payment info incorrectly, they notified me immediately that there was an issue but did not cancel the insurance. Called the next day and had no delay waiting on the phone. Explained the issue and resolved it quickly.

It was so easy!
It was so easy to start a claim and upload the bills from the urgent care vet, as well as the emergency vet. The claims were reviewed and processed so quickly and we already have a check being mailed to us for the 80% coverage. I would recommend Spot Pet Insurance to anyone with pets!

I highly recommend Embrace!
I highly recommend Embrace pet insurance! They have fully covered every claim I've submitted for my dog's cancer surgery and follow-up treatment over the past 6 weeks (90% after our $1000 deductible). Not only that - they are covering these claims FAST - seriously, within a week of submitting each invoice, the reimbursement is auto-deposited in my checking account. Their website is also very user-friendly. Embrace has been a bright spot at a time that has been so devastating for our family in knowing that we will be saying goodbye to our beautiful, perfect dog, most likely in the coming year. This is exactly what pet insurance should be, and Embrace has lived up to this high standard.

IT MAKE NOSENCE TO .PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR A COVERAGE THAT ONLY COVER A FRACTION OF THE COSTS. IT MAKE MORE SENCE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE PET EXPENSES AND DEPOSIT THE MONTHLY FEE ,,, I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THE CHEM - PHARMA INDUSTRY FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND I KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SERVICE IS, AND WHAT CLIENTS ESPECT FROM US.
