This. Is the second time we n ended to file a claim. First for our cat and now our dog. Our dog came down with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and required 2 nights and over $2000 later, we were very glad to have the insurance coverage. Easy online claims submission and approved by 1 week later. Thank you.

The representative wasn't the problem.
The representative wasn't the problem. My problem is that my premium went up from $68 to $82 I only a year. My other dog is with another company and his premium is $58 and he has had 5 surgeries. I probably won't go with Trupanion with my next dog.

This is the second time this has happened in one week.
This is the second time this has happened in one week. I keep getting phones saying I have a balance and I don't. Please communicate within your departments so I don't have to waste 20 plus minutes on the phone telling me it's a communication error!
