24petwatch has been good so far. My dog was havin issues with his legs this year and developed elbow displacia. My premium was 45 a month. Just received my new policy for this year and now they raised it to 81.00 a month. This is complete bullshit. I know I've used a good chunk of money last year. But is that not what insurance is for. And are the discounting people who aren't claiming as much. I highly fucking doubt it. Looking for new insurance now. Very dissatisfied.

I have three dogs (my children) they are my family so I treat them as such. We are all insured... and that is very important if something catastrophic happens...

Embrace coverage for my dog Hayden started on 3/11. I took him in for his orthopedic exam and vaccinations which was costly. My claim was submitted, approved and paid in full all within one week. I am appealing his ortho exam as the vet was not specific enough on the paperwork she submitted so I had her resubmit it. I am hoping all goes well and he will be covered for any orthopedic issues. That is why I am giving it an 8. If they cover his ortho I would raise it to a 10. Their customer service is the best!!!

O have my cat Mandy insured for about four- and- a-half years now and only once during that time did I ever file a claim -- last fall when I was on a trip and a neighbor cared for my cat. She ( the kitty) got into a scrape w/ another car and required very care. My neighbor handled the natter, the vet filed the appropriate paperwork w/ Pet First for reimbursement and w/in several weeks I was reimbursed for about ninety percent of my mire than $600 for out- of-picket costs. So...I couldn't have been any more pleased, my kitty came out of the scrape not too worse for wear and I was delighted w/way things turned out -- for her and ne! My policy costs for one cat are quite reasonable all things considered and ithink having a PetFirst policy for Mandy one of best investments I have ever made. Real peace of mi d knifing she's well covered should S similar situation arise again.

We have been back and forth for 6 months now with an undiagnosed GI issue since september, 6 months ongoing visits and our claims have always been paid without delay or questioned. Including our midnight trips to the emergency center. I decided to change vets for a second opinion and started over from scratch and there was still no delays or questions. Pets best is truly, the best. The absolute best investment i have ever made. Reimbursement is quick and directly deposited. Saved me thousands.

Wellness exam claim processed quickly and explained in good detail. Pets Best is the second pet insurer I have used and this was my first claim. I like having the wellness option. The customer service personnel are helpful and very informative.

My dog BARBIE was ill recently and she had a lot of tests. I Contacted ASPCA while I was still at the Vet. They were very elpful and reassuring and offered to walk me through the reimbursement process. When I submitted my paperwork I did not know what to expect. However, ASPCA contacted me to make sure my paperwork was correct and I was reimbursed promptly. They are an insurance company you can trust.

I have never had a problem and often recommend Embrace to pet owners. At my vet, the girls at the front desk are now pointing clients to Embrace.

I've been blessed in the fact I haven't had to use the insurance but it gives me the peace of mind that if something was to happen I would have support to help with it. The wellness and tooth cleaning benefit is also AWESOME. I recommend to all!

We purchased this insurance on a friends recommendation and are so happy we did. We got a Brittney Spaniel puppy in December. And in March he had eaten something that didn't agree with him. He was at the Vet's for 3 days while they tried to figure out what was in his stomach. Luckily he didn't need surgery but had many x-rays and fluids. Healthy Paws made it really easy to file my claims and I had my check in had 10 days later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a pet.
