The last few claims were broken down per case and it was the testing was all to find out what is wrong with my pet.
The last few claims were broken down per case and it was the testing was all to find out what is wrong with my pet. I had to protest as they were all broken up even though the reason was the same on all of the claims.

The representatives are okay but they can't really help when you call about a claim and where it is in the process.
The representatives are okay but they can't really help when you call about a claim and where it is in the process. We are contemplating cancelling our coverage ... it seems that everything we submit isn't covered so there isn't much point in having it.
