Pre-existing condition re-evaluated
A statement from the veterinarian was misunderstood and when it was brought to their attention, an explanation from the veterinarian was requested, it was reviewed and an appropriate adjustment was made. It was all handled professionally and resolved. Very pleased with how it was handled.

all around good experience
Our 8 year old lab Maddie was diagnosed with an autoimmune system problem, and she had to undergo tons of tests. To know that we had pet insurance from day one, was a very comforting thought.
ASPCA certainly confirmed our trust, the reimbursement was prompt and without problems.
I certainly would and have recommended ASPCA to all my friends with dogs. .

Very pleased with coverage and service
Pet insurance on my second pet. First died very early and ASPCA did a great job when she was very ill. Now on our 2nd policy and still am most pleased with how they respond to claims. They are processed fairly and quickly. I've recommended them to several other pet owners, they joined and are also very happy with the.

Worth it!!
I have all three of my dogs insured by Pet First. One of my dogs has been having seizures and was hospitalized for a few days. Pet First covered most of the medical expenses and medications. Better yet, they will cover any medications related to this claim up to $2k for the rest of her life!! She is on some very expensive medications and will be for the rest of her life, so this has been a life saver!!

Awesome
I have had pet insurance before (VPI) and was not happy at all. My friend told me about Embrace and it has been a life savior. The customer service is great and I receive checks within a week of sending in my claim. I can not say enough about Embrace. Without Embrace I'm pretty sure my husband would have divoriced me by now!!!!!
