Healthy Paws there when you need it!

My dogs are my 4 legged kids and I love them fiercely. I do however have a track record of having very expensive babies :) My Clumber needed hip replacements, my Saint had shoulder issues, and the list goes on and on. Last year after spending to many thousands on vet bills I decided yes pet insurance would be worth the monthly premiums on all future babies. So when I adopted Lenny I did my homework and decided on Healthy Paws. I read customer reviews and professional reviews and researched their site. I felt Healthy Paws offered the best value for the premium. I was right! After an initial vet exam when I adopted him I was told he looks to be in good health. Yah!!! However about 9 months later I noticed he was lifting his leg to pee a lot of our walks but nothing much coming out. I also noticed he did not have the same energy he used to and was clingier than usual. Taking him to the vet he was diagnosed with bladder stones and the kind that have to be operated on. So in he goes for surgery. Thankfully the surgery went great and they removed stone and after a week of wearing a donut collar the stitches came out and he's back to normal. Enjoying his daily walks & snoozing on the couch.I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws online and after my vet faxed over records I had a check within a couple days. What a help! They then went above and beyond and contacted me to check on Lenny. This made me feel like my pup and I mattered and weren't just a file to them. THANK YOU!!! I have to say that working with Healthy Paws has been wonderful and I am thankful for your their help with the process. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners.

Quick and Easy reassurance

I am very impressed with the speed at which ASPCA reviews claims and the clear expectations they outline in there policy. I have had no issues with any claims and have seen reinbursement in as little as 4 days. This is especially helpful during times when the vet wasnt sure if there were many options left for treatment, but left us open to try different things without having to put money over your pets life.

Great Customer Service

My dog Coco had to have hernia surgery and this was my first caim with Healthy Paws. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I can also tell they were genuinely concerned for Coco. I was able to check the status of my claim using their app and received my reimbursement within two weeks. Thank you Healthy Paws for making this a painless experience.

Excellent Insurance!

I have used Embrace for the last 6 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. The claims process is very easy, the claims are paid promptly and they have a terrific option of depositing the payment directly into your checking account. In addition, they seem to genuinely care about the health of your pet. I wouldn't have a pet without one of their policies.

Long story short, our mini golden doodle, Leni, had to have emergency stomach surgery for eating some toys that got stuck in her intestinal track. We thought the first surgery went ok, but learned quickly she was not quite right....and it took TWO more surgeries to get finally make her better. In total, it was about a months worth of time for poor Leni, and you can imagine that the hospital bills stacked up....$21,500 worth of stacked up. Fortunately, we only had to pay $4500 of it. I can honestly say that if it weren't for Healthy Paws, Leni would not be here right now. Everyone I talked to over there was always so kind, caring, and overall amazing through the whole process. They were able on several occasions talk to the vet directly regarding treatments and payments. They even were able to expedite the payment process so we did not have to pay interest on our credit cards. We are so happy we had them to help us out, and love having our sweet girl back!!

great communication, great coverage...so professio

My little Abby broke her femur..pets best covered 2,800.00 of my 3,200.00 bill! I received a check within two weeks after the break! So professional and thorough. My vet recommendedicated this insurance..so grateful..don't hesitate..worth every penny!

Awesome service!

We have had Embrace for over 2 years, and this year in February we noticed our big dog Fred was limping and having trouble walking. We took him to the vet who was worried about his hips and took x-rays, we found out that he had a torn ACL. So I immediately called embrace for assistance with submitting the claim and discussing the coverage for my pup. During my first call to embrace I was in tears, I was concerned about my dog being in pain as well as the financial stress this would put on our family. When I spoke with embrace they were helpful, the representative showed empathy for my situation and even shared a similar experience she had with her pup, I got all of the information necessary to submit the claim and submitted my first claim. A few days later I even received an email from the representative checking on me and Fred and making sure I was able to submit the claim! We set up an appointment for the TPLO surgery and when they did his pre-surgery blood work they found a high level of lymphocytes in his blood which can be a sign of cancer. Again I called embrace and the representatives were helpful, they answered all of my questions and helped me through while I was in tears worried about my pup! Our family has been dealing with vets and submitting claims every few weeks as we have been working with internal medicine and oncology. We finally have a confirmed diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and will begin oral chemo therapy next week! Customer service 10+ they are always friendly, happy to help and able to seamlessly express empathy and understanding because they do truly care and they are pet lovers! Claim submission/approval and reimbursement 10+ the claims process is quick and so easy that I usually do it on my phone while I am at the vets office! They keep you updated on the process and thoroughly explain the coverage. I cannot explain how thankful I am for this coverage and for the help and support Embrace has provided! I have told everyone I know with pets to contact Embrace because I know without the coverage they have provided I would be unable to provide the best care for my big pup with everything going on!

Great and Reliable

My little Chihuahua was having pain and after narrowing it down to something in her mouth, but bring soo small we made the desicion to put her under general anesthesia to throughly investigate and take X-rays not knowing what it would be. We submitted a pre approval to trupanion and after finding that she needed to have many non vital teeth removed on the moment, i needed up with a huge bill tot pay. The vets office submitted the final claim, which I had already fully paid, via email and I was reembursed within 48 hours (I had already set up direct deposit on a previous claim)I am thankful for trupanion as I was able to take care of Mia right away which was my priority

Just 1 question-- Is the deductible based decided on nature of claim, ie. If claims are not related does the deductible start over? Other than not completely understanding recent claim my experience with Pets Best is great

Stellar Service

I am a first time pet insurance buyer with a new puppy named Riley. I have been so impressed with Embrace and their service I had to post this review. I have always had quick responses to my inquiries (being this is my first experience in this arena) and with the quick service for the wellness claims I have submitted to date.
