Very easy and quick
We have insurance since 2018. Our cat broke his leg and this company handled everything. It went smooth. They just need a hospital discharge form and in a few days we get the cheque. I highly recommend

I called customer support twice and after being on hold for over 20 mins (both times) I gave up. The reason I continued was 2 Vets I spoke to recommended you.
