Trupanion was very helpful and gave me support when I needed the most (my dear Enzo died last Saturday) I am devastated.

I feel that the coverage comes up short in a certain area.
I feel that the coverage comes up short in a certain area. That is dental coverage or lack there of. One thing that can cause other medical problems is dental or mouth infections. Most caused by plaque. I pay for (almost $100)the best and think this should be included. Like once every couple of years.

I telephoned Trupanion cancel my medical insurance policy for my dog Mason as the premiums became cost prohibitive. With $500.00 deductible, the premiums were in my view excessive....I have opened a saving account for his health needs at my local bank. Respectfully yours, Dennis Swain.

What I was looking for was to get information about which vet/vet clinic each of the claims for our pet had gone to.
What I was looking for was to get information about which vet/vet clinic each of the claims for our pet had gone to. I can see all the claims online, but can't see that info. The representative was extremely helpful and was willing to look up any of the ones that I wanted and even offered to create a spreadsheet for me, but I decided it wasn't that critical. So, even though what I called for was not currently possible in the system (I'd suggest this be added to the claims history online), she was still very helpful and enjoyable to speak with.
