they are the worst on their web they said it take 5 days to get a check such a lie it takes months.................... and you dont get your money they always find a way to screw u if you don t pay your policy on time what s gonna happen????

Disgusting customer service and hold times
Took too long to deny claim and longer to deny appeal even though my cat probably would have starved to death without urgent vet care. Each time I would call it was a minimum of a 20 minute hold (longest was 45 minutes) until someone would pick up. Then, the rep could not answer anything at all. I called Sept. 7 to find out about my appeal. The rep had no way of answering. Received denial in the mail on Sept. 13th. It was dated Sept. 6. Why do the reps have no answer? My hold time to cancel my policy was only 4 minutes. They claimed to have hired a bunch of people recently.

I am a customer. Paid up as soon as they received all the bills from our vet and big hospital that handles cases like Mylo had.
Definitely and excellent company and very easy and caring when you need to talk to them on the phone.

Very much worth it
I purchased Pets Best when I adopted my puppy at 8 weeks old. Puppies are known for their shenanigans and I wanted to make sure that if an emergency happened, he would get taken care of. I paid the premium for the whole year for a small discount. My sweet mutt is now almost 3 and every year the insurance has been more than worth it. Between pneumonia, an obstruction scare, 2 lump removals, allergies, a pulled muscle and some ear infections, I am so happy to have had insurance for him. The claims process is very easy, but it takes a little over a month to get reimbursed. That isn’t a problem for us but it may a be problem if you need to pay the credit card before it’s due.

I've had Embrace insurance for a little longer than a year. The first year I had no claims. This year I had multiple claims, and they approved them all. Customer service kept me up to date with the status of each claim. My checks arrived quickly once the claim was approved.

Overall my experience filing a claim with Pets Best was great. It was easy to file and upload online. They sent me an email that they were requesting more information from my doctor about 4 or 5 weeks after I filed my claim. the only thing that could be improved is turn around on reimbursement.

Healthy Paws Rocks!
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! I enrolled my cute puppy, Abbey, in the program as soon as I adopted her, and it was a great decision. Claims are ridiculously easy to file. Seriously, if it takes you longer than 5 minutes to file your claim with Healthy Paws, you're probably doing it wrong. Claims are paid very quickly (one time, it was done on the same day!). Their customer service is outstanding. Abbey recently had a severe bout with pancreatitis. She was hospitalized for one week. We thought we were gonna lose her. But she pulled through (she's a fighter!). When it was over with, we had a bill from the emergency vet hospital for $10,000. Yep, $10K. I filed my claim with Healthy Paws in 5 minutes, and within 5 business days I received a reimbursement of $7,500 direct deposited in my bank account! They paid 80% of Abbey's $10K vet bill, with absolutely zero questions asked. I hate to think what our choices may have been forced to be if we didn't have Abbey enrolled in Healthy Paws. If you're looking for the absolute top-notch health insurance for your fur baby, Healthy Paws is it!
