Our babies needed to go in for a follow-up and yearly checkup and it went very smoothly. Our vet was very caring and the insurance was great. We recieved payment in a very timely manner, less than 2 weeks after our paperwork was in. and, the followup call to check on our babies was a very wonderful surprise.

VERY RESPONSIVE!
Embrace continues to be VERY responsive and competent in handling my matters with my little dog. I am so pleased that their protocol is "no muss, no fuss," with paperwork being so easy to submit. Their communication system is wonderful! Keep up the good work!!!

Embrace Saved The Day!
My English Mastiff was diagnosed with a partial ACL tear. Embrace has been there every step of the way. So glad I had foresight to get a policy with Embrace for my Yorkie years ago. She has had to be hospitalized twice now and the costs were in the thousands. filing a claim is simple and payment quick. Wonderful staff
I've had some complicated situations and every time I call to ask questions I am so happy with the service i get. If the person doesn't have the answers they always get back to me.I researched as many pup insurance companies as I could find and Embrace weighed out the best for my needs.
