Prompt review of claims, updates on claims in progress. I recommend Embrace to anyone I speak to about obtaining pet insurance. While other people have told me about rates going up and delayed claims, Embrace holds steady and their quality of service is exemplary!

Peace of mind, fast claim service -- they care

Stella Bella is about 13, devoted to me as I am to her. When she began some health issues and medical bills mounted up, I had the peace of mind in knowing the the ASPCA Pet Insurance I purchased many years ago would be there to help me financially. The ability to put a claim online, snap a photo of your paperwork is wonderful and my checks arrived promptly as promised. This coverage is worth every penny.

Great service

The ASPCA have been great to us, we thought our cat had cancer and the insurance covered all the checks, xrays and tests - plus most of the surgery costs once we found out it was benign! They always call to check how she's doing after I submit a claim, which is a nice touch. I have recommended them to friends in the past and would do so again.

Excellent Service

My dog Oliver needed knee surgery very shortly after signing up with ASPCA. The surgery was quite expensive and was not needed to correct a life threatening condition, but ASPCA covered it and was very helpful with answering questions, always available over the phone, and processed the reimbursement quickly. In addition, they showed interest in my dog's condition after the surgery, and will even cover physical therapy for him!

Couldn't Be Happier with PetsBest Insurance

Have been with PetsBest for over 10 years now and currently have 3 dogs covered. Couldn't be happier with the customer service we get from them. When new better plans have become available they have been great to let us know our options at each annual renewal and claims are always paid promptly.

Your online submission of claims is not very good. It asks you the same questions that are on the claim and actually is hard to use.

The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment.

The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment. My vet has sent Trupanion the corrected invoice but I have yet to even receive confirmation that the claim is being re-opened/re-considered.
