We recently rescued Nacho and shortly after he developed a cataract that would blind him. He is only 2 years old. When I called to see if surgery would be covered, I spoke to a wonderful woman who was polite and kind. When I submitted the claim I had a check in a week. And a week later they wrote me to see how Nacho was doing. Why do you care? Because if your shopping for Pet Insurance and you need to use it They are there. Our last dog had bone cancer at 4 years old. She was a rescue as well. Our last pet insurance carrier was marginal at best. It took forever to reach them. The claims took 1-2 months to settle. Healthy Paws took the financial worry out of this whole equation! They are amazing and I would and have recommended them to others. Thank you Healthy Paws for being reliable, kind and thoughtful!

Who knew a Great Dane's broken toe could be so expensive? With casts, medictations and finally amputation, one little toe cost a lot! My claims were processed quickly and I was reimbursed as promised. Very satisfied with Embrace.

Very positive experience. Our dog had extensive bills for a stomach obstruction - I filed the claim one day after getting her out of the vets and had my check in less than a week. Very easy process, extremely quick response! Thank you.

My partner and I had friends tell us to get health insurance for our pup, and laughed it off -- after all, he was barely 4 months, what could go wrong? 2 days after our waiting period ended, we discovered that Gunther (french bulldog puppy) was dragging his paws, indicating neurological dysfunction. After a $2,000 MRI, we realized the only option was a $6,000 surgery to save him from a cyst that had developed on his spine. This $8,000 doesn't include the probably $1,500 worth of in-between appointments and $500 worth of therapeutic toys and medication we ended up cashing in on during the entire process. I can honestly say we probably couldn't have provided him with this option without HealthyPaws-- my partner and I were financially ready for a puppy, but not for this. They are quick to reply to claims, the customer service staff is empathetic and patient, and the app is user-friendly and easy. I highly recommend the app to anyone that asks me in my personal life. They timely checked in on us post-surgery to see how he was doing, and continue to impress me through my short 2 months in working with them. I have friends that have experienced awful pet health insurance, and I can confidently say that I have fully appreciated my time working with HealthyPaws.

My claims, submitted online or otherwise, are resolved right away, and I get the reassuring explanations of benefits by email within a few days, followed by prompt payment. I have received emails from a real person, inquiring about my cat, and how she is doing! They have a foundation that gives back to the rescue and professional education communities. I can't think of a better team partner to ensure my pet will get what she needs to live happily ever after. This is so different from my prior experience with a much older pet insurance company. I am extremely pleased with Embrace pet insurance. I have two dogs and we had the perfect storm of events. One dog had to have knee surgery and the other got into a patch of foxtails! They process claims very quickly and it is incredibly clear from their website what is covered and what is not. I haven't needed to call but what I can tell from their emails and messages, embrace is tremendously compassionate company. I recommend this company all the time.
