The support team at Trupanion is very nice. I am not happy with having to wait so long to see how my claims are coming and that is why I downsized my recommendation. Everything was great until I made a claim and now I have been waiting a few weeks to see status change on payment.

I am totally greatful toward the Trupanion team for helping me to be able to afford the very expensive vet care my dog received...Without this Health care insurance program Trupanion offers, my dog would of got put down. He was suffering in need of emergency surgery. Being I have insured my dog with Trupanion, I was able to tell the vets to go through with the surgery instead of having to put him down....Trupanion gave my little buddy hope and a chance at obtaining a healthy life again...His surgery was in 2013 and he's still going strong...Trupanion is the BEST pet health insurance... Also they help you to recover 90% of the medical expenses for your animal...Every Representative I have spoken to these past four years have always went the extra mile to assist my need concerning my pet and any insurance question ...So glad there is Trupanion,They truly make expensive veterinary care affordable...Thankyou

Very fair - unlike other insurers I've dealt with. Have insured 7 pets with them thus far. Actually care about pets.

When I first purchased the insurance, I doubted I was going to need it. Our cat was healthy and fairly young (7 years old). Within six months she developed a kidney problem, which has cost over $1200 so far. Embrace has covered 90% after our deductible. Thank you so much. Melody is much better and it is good to know she can see the doctor again and it won't break our budget. And it was very simple to use the claim forms.

ASPCA makes being a pet parent easy and relaxed. We started this program pretty soon after we got our puppy Behrang. For me, having an insurance is a peace of mind as you never know what type of trouble your puppy will get into. People who work at ASPCA are great and informative. We signed up three pets (2 cats and 1 dog) a few years ago.Thankfully the cats have enjoyed very good health. However, our cocker spaniel female, Lucy, has had a number of big claims. Each time we submitted online claim, attaching the vet's bill, the receipt of the claim was promptly acknowledge and processing begun. If anything out of the ordinary occurred, we were notified by email. Every one of Lucy's claims were concluded quickly and fairly. We received detailed EOBs every time, and they answered every question we could have asked. ASPCA Pet Insurance has paid thousands of dollars for Lucy' care without a hint of dropping coverage. We strongly recommend it.
