Had trupanion for over 5 years, every year the police was increased. Started paying around $40 a months by the time I canceld they were charging me $100. At one point they tried to raise my premium because I had moved 3 blocks from my old house still within the same town. Never put a claim in and the one time I did for $300 it was declined. Canceled right away never again, also took forever to process the claim it was under review for over 3 weeks. Every time I called was told the claim was being reprocessed should be almost done, then one day I receive an email that the claim was being closed do to missing information!

I have had this insurance for over 5 years and it has been a blessing. There is no paperwork to fill out. I just bring a form to the vet each time I go and they fill it out send it in and the money is in my account very quickly.

Trupanion has always been there when I have had serious problems with my furry Baby! Two more claims will soon be submitted soon! The past two months he has experienced unusual problems and I would have difficulty handling all the vet bills without Trupanion. My pet is my child!

Trupanion has allowed me to give my dogs outstanding care.If not for you I would most likely had to have Hope put down.After 7 years she is still going strong
