We love Embrace ins.

We never have regretted getting insurance for out dog! I always said "I don't care if I never use it because she is just a part of the family as we are and we have insurance." Recently our Dee Dee is having terrible problems with her paw with severe swelling ,itching and pain. She is on the mend now, slowly but surely and we are grateful. Thank you embrace everything has gone smoothly!

Thank you Pet Plus Us!

Thank you Pet Plus Us, Mitzi had her dental cleaning a couple of weeks ago and no cavities or teeth extracted! Adopted her two months ago and the shelter was worried about her teeth, so all nice and clean now and no hidden issues! Next steps slowly getting her used to finger in mouth and eventually a brush. I had signed up Mitzi with the pet insurance and also the optional Wellness Plan and selected the Dental Cleaning. I emailed my submission the next day and last Friday I received a text and email that my submision had been processed! Guess what, my payment was already deposited into my cheuqing account this Tuesday! Full amount paid! Having gone through two surgeries and hospice level care for my previous cat who sadly died this February due to mammary cancer at age 18 and I didn't have pet insurance so Ginny Cat had been funded by MasterCard and I'm still paying that off. I knew when I adopted Mitzi I would be enrolling her immediately with a pet insurance plan. After researching many plans I chose Pet Plus Us as: 1) they review the veterinarian records and the underwriters let you know upfront if their are any restrictions on the particular pet so no surprise later. 2) as I knew I would need to take Mitzi in for her Dental Cleaning quickly, loved the optional Wellness Plan selections. I was able to use he option right away and by the end of the Wellness Plan term i will have finished the payments. So instead of a credit card high interest rate I'm only paying for what I selected on the Wellness Plan spread over a year for 0% interest! 3) with the accident and disease insurance insurance policy I know I won't be worrying as Mitzi ages about cancers and other diseases. 4) hey Pet Plus Us is Canadian!

Life saver for large procerdure

Our lab is almost 8 yrs and blew is Left CCL (knee). VOSM (Veterinary Ortho Sports Medicine in MD) operated and they are the best at this and other injuries. Trupanion was fast and easy to submit claims and receive emails re: claim and a fast check.It has been worth investing in this coverage. My only complaint is since we bought the insurance when our dog was a puppy, they have added a rider for the physical therapy etc and this would have been nice to know about in past before our dog had an injury. That part I ma frustrated with as I feel that a certain number of rehab sessions should be included in the injury/ claim for certain surgeries.

Healthy Paws is a great pet insurance company

Our Dixie is the sweetest girl in the world. Unfortunately she has a very sensitive digestive tract which requires special foods and medication. She just recently had surgery for a cruciate ligament. Healthy Paws has handled all claims in a very timely manner and seem genuinely concerned for our pets healthy and well being. I highly recommend pet health insurance and in particular Healthy Paws.

Promises and deliveres

Submitting claims is easy via an app, claims are processed quickly, and there are hardly ever surprises in terms of coverage. Our pup went through 2 knee surgeries and we were reimbursed nearly 90%. Not only that, a representative reached out to us personally to inquire about her progress. How nice is that?

Excellent Service and Response

Embrace is an excellent company for pet insurance. We have had continuing issues with our English Bulldog. She has had ongoing problems with her eyes which have cost a considerable amount between two vets and medication. Their service is fast and efficient and they pay each claim quickly. We hope that the problem is finally past, but the knowledge that Embrace is there to help us with cost is a good feeling. Having worked with other pet insurance providers in the past, I can truthfully say Embrace is the best!

Fantastic Customer Service!

I thought I had great health insurance but I would have to say that our puppy Murphy Brown has better health insurance than I do!Murphy was vomiting and also had diarrhea. She had become dehydrated and needed to be hospitalized. The claim was paid within three days of sending the information.When your pet is sick the last thing you need to worry about is the cost.The process was easy and fast.It can be commuted by downloading the information on your phone. The customer service was outstanding.Everyone was kind and thoughtful and truly made made feel like they knew my Murphy and wanted to help.I chose Healthy Paws because of the customer reviews.It was the best thing I could have ever done for Murphy Brown and our family.The staff even followed up to see how Murphy and I were doing.I wish I could give them higher than a 10 rating.They chose the perfect staff. I am so glad I have Healthy Paws for Murphy Brown.

Frustrated Beyond Belief!!!

We have been customers of 24 Pet Watch Pet Insurance for eleven years or more. Initially we were thrilled with the service, both claim response and customer service. As our two cats aged we enrolled them in the highest level of care and were very pleased with the service we received for them. This said, it seems that when we added an addition two felines to our policies- one a mixed breed now one year-old cat and an Oriental kitten now 10 months of age the service has been awful. Our veterinarian submits claims immediately accompanied with very detailed medical records, but somehow 24 Pet Watch Pet Insurance tells us that no medical records were sent. It is simply amazing that the claim is received but NOT the medical records? To me that seems like a stall tactic which is common in the industry. This means that the office staff has to then re-submit the claim and medical records taking additional time to make sure we are reimbursed. I am glad that I am not alone in this scamming act. It is disgusting. Now I am told that a check has been cut for a claim made over a month ago (had to resend the medical records of course) but since packet went to Canada there is an additional wait and the check won't be received for a month from today because it takes that LONG if it is sent from Canada. Good grief- do they use pony express? (and I hope their ponies aren't insured by their company) I am bitterly disappointed with their dive in service and their tactics. But I am stuck with them since one of our cats is almost 16 years old and has a complicated medical condition. WHEN they manage to pay out we are very happy but it is like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. Very poor service in my opinion. And reading all the lousy reviews is not very reassuring to me.
