We've only been with aspca for a few weeks but our dog already had a couple trips to the vet. ASPCA didn't give us any trouble and have been fantastic from the start.

We're so happy that we got Healthy Paws insurance about 8 months ago when we added a new member to our family, a whippet named Kiara. We didn't want money to influence our decision in case something happened to her. A completely healthy and happy puppy suddenly got sick when she turned 10.5 months old. We went to emergency veterinary care immediately . She was diagnosed with pyometra ( a life threatening infection of the uterus which usually happens in an older dogs). She had emergency surgery and was discharged from the hospital 2 days later with a bill of almost 3,000 dollars. We submitted the invoice to Healthy Paws right away, got an email the next day that our claim was being processed, then one day later that we were approved for 90 percent coverage and 5 days later we got a check in the mail. Healthy paws followed up with an email asking how is Kiara doing and wishing a quick recovery. You guys are great!!!! I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who cares about their pets!

I only can say good things about them. My little boy got a nasty cancer that we tried to fight for months. It involved a big time surgery (almost $5.000) and then a good number of chemo sessions, visits to the hospital, etc, etc. He got better but unfortunately, the f.... cancer came back and took him. During this entire process, Healthy Paws was just AMAZING. By this I mean, they did their part of the deal...which is a lot more than you can say about any other insurance. They paid their % of the bills no questions asked, no matter how big the claims were...and believe me...some of them were damn big. Not only that, but when the damn cancer took my boy away, i did not have to bother cancelling my policy (they did it...including reimbursement of the last payment...just amazing). I also got a postcard from them hand written from the stuff showing their condolences...that touched my heart. Anyway...if you need insurance for your loved pet...GET IT WITH HEALTHY PAWS. Me and my boy could not have fought the cancer like we did without their support...unfortunately we lost this battle...but hopefully some other people can say their story with a happy ending. I am very grateful to Embrace for their ability to be professional,but also, the care they extend while working with us. Our Bree was a shelter dog, so we weren't sure what we were getting into. We have grown to love her so much and Embrace has helped us keep her healthy. Words cannot express.

Healthy Paws has been a wonderful health insurance provider for our two lab mix rescues. We have had a couple emergency incidents and Healthy Paws was very attentive and responsive to our claims. It is a huge relief to know that we can rely on Healthy Paws, and that our dogs will have access to the best medical treatment possible. Highly recommended!

To make this story short my pet began to have a problem 1 month after his policy became effective and NationWide did not cover anything because according to them my 2 month old puppy had a "pre-existing" condition (which is not true) Their "What we do not cover section says: "a chronic condition is a pre-existing condition UNLESS IT BEGAN AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS POLICY".( as I said my puppy started to have the problem 1 month after his insurance became effective) I spent about $450 AFTER MY $250 DEDUCTIBLE and NationWide paid back $0 to me.

This is the best pet insurance around. Any time that we have taken our dog Itty bit to the vet, we get a follow-up call from ASPCA inquiring about the well being of Itty. I like that they care about our pet. Itty is a rescue dog, not sure who rescued whom but, having this insurance gives us a piece of mind that they process the claim quickly and the funds are issued into our account. Thank you ASPCA

My pet Bear was the love of my life and he recently passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I insured Bear with Pets Best right after he had kidney stones removed to the tune of $2500 at 4 years of age. For the most part Bear had a good life. Towards the end, his kidneys started to show signs of age with elevated labs, and he developed arthritis and we suspect Degenerative Myelopathy. I started Physical Therapy and then Acupuncture. This allowed Bear to continue to maintain mobility as long as possible. Pet's Best covered 80% of his care. This allowed me to make decisions based on NEED and not COST. I am certain Bear lived another 2-3 years due to my ability to give him the best care possible by having Pets Best. Claims are processed efficiently and reimbursement is via direct deposit. I wish insurance for humans was so straight forward!

I have used embraced many times for my two dogs and not once has it let me down. Knowing that I can take my furry babies to the vet and know that I have Embrace that cares for the well being of them and assist with their medical needs is truly a peace of mind.
