Our family is extremely happy with Trupanion, the telephone staff are excellent and help full. The turn around on out Vet bills and payment were extremely prompt. Any questions I had were answered clearly. If it was not for your services our wonderful dog Bella would not have had the medical help she desperately needed. The staff was so caring and the card that was sent to us personally signed meant to much to us. Thank you for help. We have already made some recommendations to friends when asked about pet insurance. When we are ready our next pet will also be covered by you. Roz & Laura

Thank you for helping me pay for my dog's surgery. She is doing well and hopefully will be fully recovered by my birthday, when we will go for a walk to her favorite spot.

When you sent the renewal information for Sherlock (my cat) I was unable to print it as the font was very light. The gentleman I spoke with tried to change it to black and white but could not so he is sending it all out by mail and that is just fine with me. Saves me fighting with my printer....

too many exceptions, especially not covering exam fees for illnesses. I understand not covering routine health checks/innoculations, but for an illness, it makes no sense to me. we will be canceling coverage.

Trupanion is the best! My rescued bullmastiff Joey has had numerous health problems, and not only have you helped me pay the bills, you've been wonderful to talk to when I call. Your representatives are friendly, patient, helpful, and empowered to solve problems. Usually there aren't many problems though! I think I've only had to call three times in the past four years to check on claims or ask questions. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend you to everyone I know.
