I Love You Pets Best

When my Vet recommended Pets Best Insurance Plan, I thought no way, I can't afford it PLUS my dog is young and healthy. After thinking about it a day or two I came to my senses! I have Multiple Sclerosis and sometimes I am unable to get out. I live alone, so my dog Izzy is very important to me. I could not have bought a better product for Izzy than her health insurance. She developed Pancreatitis this year, and the claim filing process and reimbursement was fabulous. There is NO BETTER protection than this plan. If you love your pet, remember that vet care is very expensive. Protect your beloved pet, and your pocket book by purchasing Pets Best!!!!

Glad we signed up with Embrace!

We adopted our 10-week-old pup from a rescue group in Arkansas, so we were not sure of her background. Our last dog had struggled with allergies and some rather expensive orthopedic conditions - which we gladly paid to treat, but which were quite steep. With our "new" puppy, we decided to look for coverage, to be on the safe side this time around. It turns out, she had a few minor treatable issues within her first couple of years with us - and although we would have managed, it was so nice to know the coverage we purchased from Embrace was a very wise choice! I highly recommend this company - very professional and communicative.

Claim on Dog illness

I was very pleased with the whole process of submitting my claim for my dog's recent health issue. The customer service on the phone is always knowledgeable and kind. They sent the claim form to my vet and emailed me once they received it back. once it was reviewed they emailed again and I received a check very quickly afterwards. Their materials are very easy to understand as is the client portal on their Web site.

payments

I'm not pleased with this pet insurance they don't process your claim in a adequate amount of time. There is no reason I should have to wait 2 months to have a claim paid. I was informed that aspca was waiting on a year worth of records for my dog.Last year has nothing to do with this year.what it is that I filed two claims in one year.I'm finding that they like to do direct draft for there payments but not happy when you file a claim.

policy problem

Newly Insured & Very Satisfied

I was very apprehensive about pet insurance until I read reviews, received positive vet feedback, and shopped a few vendors. I am so glad I chose Embrace. I never thought I'd use emergency care until needing it for our 6 mos. old golden who swallowed poison in our backyard. This larger claim (vet bill $375) processed seamlessly, within a very reasonable time, and the Embrace satisfied the claim in the amount I anticipated. I even had a back pile of wellness claims in addition to this emergency, and thought surely they'd reject one or the other for piling them all at once, but they did not. They kept in touch electronically during processing and approved all.

Awesome, the absolute best

Embrace has been absolutely wonderful in prompt, kind, courteous, exceptional coverage for our pets. I sleep well every night knowing that our pups are covered with Embrace. Trupanion there when I needed it, easy & no stress

My two year old Lab Mix Bernese Moutain Dog had an extremely urgent surgery to remove a tumor on his spine. Not only did we have to fly from Alaska to get an MRI, we also had a spinal tap, lots of blood work, and surgery. During this stressful time Trupanion worked with my vet to get the bills settled as they were stacking up to around $10,000. They preapproved claims and called me with status updates. All I did was submit the papers. True to their word my bills have been taken care of per my policy. As a young adult still in college I couldn't have afforded this without Trupanion. After the surgery we discovered my dog has cancer and Trupaion is still there to assist me during this difficult time. Thank goodness I chose Trupanion. You can't beat their customer service and dedication.

Scam

They take your money on a monthly basis, but when it's time to reimburse for claims, they dig up various reasons to not pay out. They are requesting detailed Drs. notes but no where in the policy does it state that.
