Everyone there was very helpful and profressional

There was a little problem with my vet getting all the information that Embrace needed but once that was accomplished everything went very smoothly. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff to help guide you through the process

Embrace gives us so much peace of mind for Molly.

Our Molly is a very active 18 month old Labrador Retriever. When she was 12 weeks old we made the decision to get Pet Medical Insurance for her. So happy we did. As with anything we all hope we never need to use it but, we recently had an event where we turned in several Dr. visits with medications. While playing she became a bit over ambitious, slipped and injured her left hind leg. She was examined by our vet and determined she had a soft tissue injury which called for medication and rest (have your tried keeping an active Labrador with little activity), not an easy task. It took us two rounds of medication before her injury healed. I am so very thankful for the decision we made to give her the gift of Pet Insurance. Embrace was wonderful with these two claims. It doesn't take long until you reach your deductible since I am sure you all know it is not inexpensive keeping your pet healthy. Thank you Embrace for your rapid response time with our claims. By the way, let me know when you will begin covering humans.....we will be signing up for our medical coverage with you! Thank you for the service you provide and your quick turn time.

Amazing customer service

I have had to process two claims back to back for my 1.5 year old dog. I never had any issues with reimbursement for either claim. My first claim was $2500 and I expected after having to fight for reimbursement with a different company on my previous dog that I would get the run around. However, I am happy to say that didn't happen at all. I sent a picture of my invoice and within 48 hours got the email that my claim was processed and the check was in the mail. This company is amazing and I highly recommend to anyone looking to insure their pet.

Good Insurance Gone Terribly BAD!!!

Like so many others, I originally purchased this insurance when it was Purina. When Purina was administering the policy claims were promptly processed hassle free. As soon as 24PetWatch took over things started going bad and have continued in an ever increasing velocity to become truly a nightmare. You now have to spend enormous amounts of your time following up on every claim. Claims are often lost and must be resubmitted, sometimes multiple times. Claims that previously had been promptly paid are now initially denied. Following up on denied claims is difficult. Telephoning requires long hold times with frequent disconnects. If you do eventually get someone to answer they cannot help you and tell you that someone will call you back. They never do. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you none is available and to call back later. Emails frequently go unanswered or the replies are not helpful. Claims processing times have gone from under 30 days to over 90 days. Premiums continue to increase. Thankfully my pet is a very healthy 3 years old and has no preexisting conditions, my only claims have been wellness related (vaccinations, annual exams, and flea/tick medications), so it was an easy decision for me to dump 24PetWatch and go with another insurer.

Always responsive and efficient

This is the second surgery Sassy's had since I've started with this company. As in the last experience this one went smoothly. I submitted the bills, the arrival of which theyknowledged, and they got back to me in an appropriate timeframe to let me know the claim has been processed and my reimbursement should be expected soon. I was pleased before and I'm pleased again, and I recommend them!

Don't go with them. Waste of time

It's going to be 2 months and I still have not heard anything from them. When I called I asked the lady if the skin problems are covered and she's like that it's really up to the team to decide. Such a gray scale, they can pretty much deny you for no reason. Not impressed, will not be choosing this company and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Quick Reimbursements and Great Customer Service!

We have two Golden Retrievers who have entered their senior years. We've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. The premiums are reasonable, the coverage is good, and claims are easy to file and are processed quickly with quick reimbursement. It's stressful enough when your pets are not well, so it's quite a relief to have the insurance claims experience be easy and stress-free.

Exceptional Customer Service

Reliable, fast, exactly what we were looking for

We looked around and chose Healthy Paws based on the highest customer ratings and have not been disappointed. We've had to rush our dog to the vet from small, hair in the eye that tricked us into thinking it was a tear, to large toxicity issue, the only positive in these moments is knowing I can make the best choice for my dog and that Healthy Paws will uphold their end of the agreement. Their app is simple to use and there have been no tricky non coverage issues, it's very plain and upfront you choose your coverage and they provide exactly that, happily and quickly. I already tell everyone I know with a new pet how great the Healthy Paws product and service are and think it's essential to owning a dog.
