Embrace is just great

I have been a customer for years. We have a multipoo who has been healthy so I really never used Embrace beside through the its wellness reimbursement program.But our little girl started to have kidney and back problems so the veterinarian bills started to appear. Embrace has been wonderful. Bills have been reimbursed in no time. Any contact to their customer service has been handled very fast and efficiently. I know now that I made the right choice when I switched to them years ago.

Communication Error Between our processor and our

The only problem I have is PETFIRST want me to pay for a bill when there was a glitch in there system. I think this is a problem. On the other hand I have not had any problems with the services which was not my fault. See email from PetFirst. Debi Barney Feb 10 at 2:19 PM To cff9912@yahoo.com Message body Good afternoon! George in sales will be calling you after 5:30 this evening to process Zoey’s renewal. My direct line is 812 206 6923 and I am here Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm. As we discussed we are processing a payment of $80.00 today. Due to a communication error between our processor and our system the back premiums to be collected are 243.60 (-80). I can set up reoccurring payments of 40.60 for March*, April*, May*, June*, or July* (SINCE we collected $80 we can eliminate one * month). Let me know which day of the month is a good day for you. Worthwhile

After a trip to the vets and then having to keep our dog two days at the emergency animal clinic, he recovered from the accidental poisoning. ASPCA insurance staff was kind when helping us handle the paperwork. They were efficient in responding to our claim and called to check on how he had recovered.

Great Service !!

This is our second pet insurance that we have had, for our Doxie, Taste of Honey. The best investment that we have made for her !! A great Policy, great service and the claims are paid on time. We look forward to working with them for years to come !

Bait and switch?

I must state at the beginning that Trupanion has been good with the ease of claim filing and claim responses. But one of the reasons I selected Trupanion was because they spouted that premium rates wouldn't go up due to your pet's age or type of illness. Of course the premiums did go up due to "higher costs from vets", "upgrading the policy" and/or pick a convenient excuse. My premium has more than doubled since its inception. Now my only recourse is to cancel and find another insurance company or play the up-your-deductible, lower-your-premium game. Very disappointed. It's a shame the CEO's, CFO's, etc. are ruining an otherwise good company just to line their pockets.

Great Service!

I have embrace insurance on both my babies. We didn't use a pet insurance the first few months of our older dog, and he just picked up so many bugs from being so curious about everything! We paid a lot of money out of pocket prior to using embrace. When we adopted our younger dog a few months ago, we got embrace for him as well, and it was totally worth it. He picked up a few bugs himself, so we got all of those vet visits covered! The claims process is easy, and we received our refund check in about a week from filing the claim. I highly recommend, because it just gives you peace of mind when caring about your little furry loved ones!

I made the right choice!

I just want to let everyone know, that I was skeptical about purchasing my pet insurance through Embrace. I researched and researched for days for the best. I just happened to come across Embrace since I have Geico. From the very first login experience to my first claim, I am over the moon with how well Embrace has taken care of me and Jelly. The website is awesome and so friendly to use. Their customer service both phone and by email are extremely customer service oriented, and now a days that's hard to find with any company. I love that I can track everything online but still be able to call if I need to speak to someone. The plans are affordable, especially since you can decide on whats best for you and your pet. Keep up the great work Embrace!

Insurance that Finally Holds Value

This insurance has been worth every dime spent on it. The follow up has been great with reimbursements that have been received almost instantaneously. I would recommend ASPCA insurance to anyone that owns a pet. You won't regret it!
