Embrace Saved The Day!

My English Mastiff was diagnosed with a partial ACL tear. Embrace has been there every step of the way. Starting with the orthopedic specialist, physical therapy, casting and bracing, and medication, Embrace has supported me both financially and emotionally. Knowing I can get the best medical care for my girl, through out this painful process, has been a blessing. Thank you Embrace!

Grateful

So glad I had foresight to get a policy with Embrace for my Yorkie years ago. She has had to be hospitalized twice now and the costs were in the thousands. filing a claim is simple and payment quick. I take every opportunity to be an embassafor because I believe instance for your pet is every bit as important as insuring your vehicle and other valuable property, as well as yourself.

Wonderful staff

I've had some complicated situations and every time I call to ask questions I am so happy with the service i get. If the person doesn't have the answers they always get back to me.I researched as many pup insurance companies as I could find and Embrace weighed out the best for my needs. I haven't regretted my decision at all.

Claim complaint

I was not happy the way the claim was handled.nothing was paid.they stated that this was not a new illiness.maybe that is true but I never filed a claim and before last year the doctor was thinking this problem was an allergy and not inflammatory disease. Of course I was concerned because my cat went from 14.5 lbs to 12.75. That is not normal. In the past my cat was misdiagnois.She had cancer and that is why I went to cancer center.

Healthy Paws is Great

I highly recommend Healthy Paws. I heard a lot of bad things about pet insurance (not specifically about Healthy Paws, but just about pet insurance in general), but Healthy Paws exceeded my expectations. We signed my puppy up after he ate something that sent us to the ER and left us with a hefty bill. When my puppy got a little older and started having a lot of stomach problems, we had to pay for a slew of tests to figure out what was going on. The bills were quite expensive and I was worried Healthy Paws would give me a hard time, but it could not have been easier. I submitted our claims online and was reimbursed what I was owed very quickly, without any problems whatsoever. It made a stressful time a lot less stressful. A great company.

Best pet insurance

I've been a customer for over 10 years. ASPCA always took great care of my animals. I got insurance for my first dog because I was afraid that if something happens I would not be able to cover the expenses. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made. When my animals passed away, not only they helped me with expenses, they took the time to say they were sorry for my loss and even sent a card with condolences. I didn't have to do anything to cancel the policy, they took care of it and refunded the reminder of the premium. Now I have 3 animals and they all are covered by ASPCA. My claims are processed within days and checks received right after. They call to ask how my animals are doing and if I have any questions. I wish I had insurance like that for myself! I recommend them to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work ASPCA!!!

Very helpful and great customer service

Don't was hit and ended up with a broken leg. The process for the claim took awhile but eventually got settled out. Overall very happy with the service.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I dont even know were to begin, but i will never recommend this pet insurance company again .. NOT only are they rude and unprofessional , they don't reply to emails when sent , they delay anything that needs to be reimburst or paid to the customers. Trying everything not to pay out .... Ive been treated poorly numerous times by their customer service staff ... when my dog suffered his injury and required immediate attention - i was quoted over 4000 dollars for all the vet bills wen i call into the office for PETSECURE i had a very rude staff member who was not helpful and pretty much told me to deal with it myself and pay out of my pocket and that call back when i needed to submit a claim !!!!!!! not very comforting in a stressful situation . They have also messed with my auto payments not once but numerous times - helping themselves to my account and when contacted they point their fingers directly at the customers. Not once did they touch base with me inregrds to this problems. All these issues were to consistent with them. Ive always had bad experiences dealing with them for pretty much any inquiry. Not one good thing i could honestly say about them and their services. I also cancel my membership a while ago now still no confirmations , they have not returned any of my messages & they keep accumulating the monthly fees when I've asked more then 5 times to CANCEL my services as i left for another company. WHICH I'm still waiting for them to do. WONT BE PAYING them ill tell you that much . OVERALL IM NOT IMPRESSED won't ever do anything with this company AGAIN
