Very pleased
After spending thousands and thousands of dollars trying to save one of my cats from cancer, I knew that I needed to get my other pets insured so that if the worst was ever to happen again, I'd be financially prepared. I'm so glad I have; the program is affordable and as emergencies pop up I am able to give my babies the required care without being bankrupted. The company is very friendly and quick to process claims. They even called to check on my cat Pooka after a claim has been filled to see if she is feeling better! I have nothing but positive things to say.

Fantastic company!
My pup came with Trupanion Insurance when we got her at 10 weeks old over 5 years ago....when the coverage ended, I continued paying premiums and have been extremely happy them, since my girl had two cruciate ligament surgeries with 18 months of each other. They were kind, compassionate and answered all my questions and even waived second deductible since the second was a "bilateral" injury...that totally surprised me as I was prepared to pay a second deductible!! All calls to them are dealt in a very friendly and efficient manner and always ask about my baby!!@

Comfort in Times of Stress
I have had ASPCA pet health insurance for my precious dog for several years. At times when I am scared and stressed due to her having a medical problem (she suffers from occasional respiratory problems), I am comforted to know that I will receive some support from her pet insurance. They have always been efficient and prompt in handling claims, and display genuine interest in caring for my pet and providing financial help for her medical costs.

Best Pet Insurance
I love Trupanion. They have the best coverage and the reps are always kind and human. Best in the industry hands down, and I've had dogs my entire life so I understand why Trupanion works. Glad we've only had to use it for a few issues (which were paid out within days and no hassle), and happy to pay to know it had our back when my baby will get sick or injured (which every dog experiences).

Our pets are family and we want the best for them!
ASPCA Pet Insurance gives us the peace of mind that our dog will be covered in the event of an unexpected illness or emergency. Additionally, by adding Preventative Care, we were reimbursed almost in full for the series of puppy shots. Customer Service is excellent and the claim procedure is efficient. In less than 2 weeks, the reimbursement is automatically deposited in our bank account. Schelie Kelley has been so supportive and caring and is an asset to your company!

Good about coverage. Direct deposit needs work.
As a whole. Embrace has been excellent. We definitely plan to re-up our policy next year. The one thing that makes me crazy is that I can't set up direct deposit for my claims through my online portal. I'm just not going to sit on the phone to do that, and the fact that everything else about this process is digital makes it seem so silly that I can't set that up more easily.
