We had insurance for six years without using it. Suddenly our dog had serious issues and the insurance was needed and see. I submitted everything at once which slowed down the process but we are thankful we had it.

Have had good experience using aspca pet insurance. My claims are processed quickly. I appreciate the quick response.

I am really happy I signed up with Healthy Paws. My puppy is 4 months old and she needed an endoscopy to remove pebbles she had eaten in our backyard. Healthy paws paid the claim quickly at 90% with no questions asked. Saved me over $2000. I have been a health insurance broker for the last 20 years so I know good service when I see it! These guys are first rate!

waste of money, what they claim is covered is not. they word things just so that they end up denying your claim no matter what its for! worthless. cant believe i wasted over 2 yrs for them to not cover a simple accident that was way cheaper than what i paid for 2 yrs.hematomas are not an illness.it was a bite that formed a hematoma.

If am so impressed with this insurance, I will never be without it and would recommend it to anyone. Our dog had an aggressive cancer that literally grew to be the size of a softball within one month.. our choice was either treat the cancer or have our dog put to sleep😢 The tumor was determined operable but would have to be followed up with Chemotherapy , the cost took us by surprise and without Truepanion we would have lost our dog... The doctors office submits claims electronically, I have been receiving the EOB within 24 hour, and claims are reimbursed within 5 days... I wish my insurance was this good...

My dog recently had TPLO surgery. It was great to know the Embrace was there to help with the expenses. They paid my claim very quickly. Pet surgery is stressful enough so it's nice to not have to worry about how to pay for it too! Thank you Embrace for being there when we needed you!

I have now had this insurance for my last two cats. Each had cancer, and this insurance allowed me to make the right decision. My last cat had cancer, thyroid, Upper Respiratory, kidney, and blood pressure problems. She was to the vet a lot. They covered it all as per the plan. I don't think about 15 years with them I have seen more then a few claims denied and they were usually paid once they got the correct paperwork. I have nothing but praise for them in that regard. I will say they take a few week to 1 1/2 months to pay me back, but that is not a problem. I can live with that are long as they do pay, and they do.

I can always count on trupanion to handle my claims promptly & without any problems. the staff is friendly, knowledgeble, & professional. they even deposit the money directly in my bank account.

On Christmas Eve, we received some very sad news about our dog from the vet. She was diagnosed with SARDS and can longer see. It was a very tough week. The good news was that Petfirst came to the rescue financially. I simply followed the steps, and submitted the information needed. Petfirst made it as simple as possible, and I received my claim as quickly as possible.

The claim was filed online through my customer account. I don't recall being notified of the claim decision, but knew to check my account for the settlement. My only disappointment was that methods of diagnosis for unknown illness was not covered by the insurance plan.
