Recently my precious little dog became very sick for a prolonged period, and it also became a financial burden. I was comforted to know that I had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. They came through for me, and it helped greatly with the pressure and stress that comes with a hefty vet bill. During the process of submitting my invoices, Healthy Paws even sent kind messages asking how he was doing. It was a great comfort for both me and Murphy at at difficult time.

I just wanted to publically thank Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for performing above an beyond the call of duty, in processing my claim for our Golden Retriever (Newman). He was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. They processed the claim w/in 3 business days, and thru their direct deposit, I received my reimbursement immediately. Health related issues are bad enough, so the last thing on your mind that you want to deal with is the administrative part. I've been a Healthy Paws policy owner since 2013. I had a few issues along the way...like our dog swallowing an entire baseball hide whole. In each and every claim, Healthy Paws has stepped up to the plate. It's been well worth the investment, and I would urge anyone and everyone to check them out and take out a policy with them. You can customize your policy to your economic level and you won't be sorry. Good luck.

Every person I've spoken to thus far has been very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They all genuinely seem to care about your pet and your satisfaction as a customer.

My dog Joey had an accident and had to have a part of his tail removed. I uploaded the paperwork the Monday after the surgery and by the end of the week had a response and a paymet deposited into my bank account. I'll be submitting for his follow-up visits and know that they will be handled just as quickly. As with any insurance, you wonder why you are paying the premiums every month with no return but then when you need it, you know why.

Embrace insurance is absolutely a great insurance for your pets. They pay after you meet your deductible and if you have a pet with problems like we do you pay the bill and submit the bill and they pay most of the cost. Embrace has been very good to us and our pet. He has had some severe problems and they have come through and helped with the expense within a couple of weeks at the most and they have sent emails to make sure we received our payments if we don't cash or deposit them right away. Embrace is definitely our choice for pet insurance and we thank them for all they do.

My 11 year old rescue dog had a mast cell tumor in her jaw. The surgery wa covered as well as the oncologist. The claims were covered in a timely fashion. I am very happy with Embrace.
