ASPCA contacts me via e-mail that they've received my claim. Then I receive another e-mail that the claim has processed and reimbursement is on it's way. All within a very timely manner!

Following a super traumatic (and expensive) incident with our dog, Penelope, Healthy Paws came to our rescue! With an incredibly easy submission process for our invoice via the app, and a quick email to say that our claim had been received and was in process, we couldn't have asked much more. My dog had a torn ligament and meniscus. After the claim was submitted (which was substantial, as you can imagine) I was notified via email within 2 days that it had been received and was being processed. Within a few days it was completed and I received a check within 2 weeks. I also received a call from Bob asking how Zack was doing, he couldn't have been nicer.

I am absolutely satisfied with the manner Embrace resolves my veterinary claim for my pet dog Pono. They are quick and always keeps you in the loop of the process period. I am so glad I am covered with Embrace.
