Thankful for the coverage Embrace provides for life's unexpected for our dog. Great customer service and claims are made easy. Very happy with the attention we receive. I think it's great that they are proactive and follow up to make sure the claim payment has been received. Very happy with embrace.

Embrace is the best!
Prompt payment of claim, notifications throughout the process, great service overall. Me and my corgi have been through so much this year due to her health issues and I knew I could count on Embrace!

Great coverage!
Our dog's stomach flipped while we were on vacation! She was rushed to the emergency vet and they were able to save her! She had a major surgery and required 24hr vet care for about 3 days! Although we had to pay for everything upfront, 90% of our claim was reimbursed! Amazing coverage! We would not have been able to afford to save her if it wasn't for Embrace!

I Have Been Very Impressed So Far...
I have been very impressed so far with Pets Best . The online claims process is intuitive and efficient. Although I have not accessed it yet, I feel like I could get in touch with a "real person" if needed for additional clarity regarding services, claim processing etc.

The Claim Process Was So Easy! Th...
The claim process was so easy! They did all work to contact the vet and obtain the records. It was a fast process and at the end the payment went to the deductible just like it should! Love this company!

My Dog Had A Knee Injury And When...

Great peace of mind
Our schnauzer has been quite healthy, but it wasn't too long after we got our insurance that we found out he needed a surgery. They covered nearly all of it. you never know when your pet will have an illness, if we hadn't signed up for this insurance ahead of time we'd be paying off a vet bill for quite a long time. Dependable. Great coverage options and great peace of mind.
