I am not able to access the on line system to check my claim despite being told that I have an account. Email to supervisor of claim rep from days ago has gone unanswered.

I've had my Dalmatians insured through Embrace for 2.5 years. They are a great company! Easy to deal with, claims pay quickly, not a lot of paperwork, and it's great to be able to customize your plan and coverage to fit your budget. Couldn't ask for more.

We have been impressed with how much coverage our policy provides. Our dog suffers from allergies and has had quite a few visits to allergists and to his veterinarian. Petfirst has really come through for us.

One of our dogs had an emergency room visit on December 20; after numerous contacts and several delays, we just received the claim check yesterday (February 28). Although the people were consistently helpful, we felt as if we needed to keep prodding to get the claim processed and accepted. This is our first experience with Embrace, and it may be that initial claims require more paperwork and processing than future claims will. We will wait and see for now.

My puppy needed surgery for OCD of her humerus. Trupanion was wonderful getting her pre certified and paying the hospital directly. I appreciate the great customer service.

I have had Embrace pet insurance for a year and a half. My dog received a diagnosis for a chronic disorder; he will need to be on maintenance medications the rest of his life. I feel very lucky to have chosen Embrace over the others. It is super easy to submit a claim; there are multiple ways to submit your claim. I always choose to upload on the website, but emailing, faxing, even snail mail is an option. The claim form is very quick and easy for you and/or your veterinarian to fill out- I don't feel like it is an undue burden on the doctor to ask him or her to complete it. I have always gotten a confirmation of submission, and follow-up emails, so I know where we are and in the process without going online to check. The only thing I wish is that there was an app where you can take pictures of the form and upload, and see your claim right from an app. Even without an app, it's an easy process. That is just a wish list thing. I highly suggest Embrace. Easy process, great customer service on the phone and email, and your refunds are quick & they offer direct deposit.
