Trupanion are true companions in our time of need
We have insured 3 different dogs over the past 6 years and unfortunately each one of them suffered from some sort of cancer. As Trupanion are so professional and reliable to work with, we were given the opportunity to embark on medical procedures and treatment - none of which were cheap. We felt we could give our beloved pets the best chance they could have! After our first two dogs died we received a hand written/personally signed (by each member of the Claims Department) bereavement card - nice touch in a difficult time....

Great at not finding reasons to not pay
I was already upset with my 10 year old dog becoming very ill. Trupanion was great at helping with information on the phone and easily submitted documents to get reimbursed.

Incredible Insurance
Everything and everyone at this Insurance is A++. My little Maltese Sparky was diagnose with cancer. Embrace has been right there with me and at least I don't have to worry about the cost of the treatment. Thank you Embrace. Sparky and Sparky's mom give you a big hug. Ana, Sparky's mom

Thank God for Embrace
I am a war widow with very little income.(PTSD) Embrace always has been good to me and my Brandie.She is 3 and my only companion. she has saved my life and Embrace has saved hers. Embrace really does care. Brandie is now a service dog and she helps me get up every day. Being in the military is hard so she softens the hard for me. I am so thankful for Embrace's help or i would give. Vietnam was and still is a bad memory and Embrace helps me and my companion to survive.

Ongoing support
Embrace has been reimbursing my dear pet's medical costs since January. The company continues to be helpful and prompt. This is a very tough time for us and having insurance support is invaluable.
