Been with you for 7 years have left messages asking for a call back no luck ! When I call on hold for half hour call back try going through new customer they pick up with in two min but when I start to explain they transfer me back and again hold for 30 min Very disappointing looking for new insurance company

I would encourage anyone thinking about rescuing a pup, to think about pet insurance because you just never know....Stan was rescued 1 year ago, just diagnosed with EPI after a month long illness.
