Super easy! The policy is simple and the website answers all of the basic questions regarding the insurance. And calling the help line regarding a question more personalized to my situation was super fast and the employee who helped me was extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions.

Horrible Scammers
Horrible. They are a scam! I was convinced to buy an insurance plan by the sales person and then my claim was rejected because of "pre-existing conditions" I shared honestly that my cat is sick and that's why I need a plan!!!
